Bought this only last week and it’s become a regular in my nightly routine. Takes off any makeup and grime leaving no residue before I wash my face properly - means I use less of my other products which is saving me money. Beautiful texture and makes my face feel nice and smooth and very clean. 100% will buy again

I am absolutely in love with this cleansing balm. I have tried a few different balms of different brands, and this one is hands down my favourite. It does a fantastic job at removing my makeup, even stubborn eyeliner! It's very gentle on my sensitive skin, and I have never had a problem using it. Will definitely be repurchasing this one!

For the price of this I expected a lot more. The first time I used it I had to double cleanse with it and even then it did not even come close to removing the eyeliner from my lids, even with a damp cloth and hard work trying to remove it. I had to do a third cleanse with my usual balm (a well known Korean brand) and it took off the eyeliner with ease as it always does. The second time I used this I was wearing only light mascara and it struggled to remove that, I went over my eyes with a cotton ball soaked in micellar water after the cleanse and it picked up lots of leftover mascara. The cleansing balm I normally use is less than half the price for a larger tub, and it actually works unlike this balm! So I will be going back to that. Seriously disappointed.
