I got a sample of this with a recent purchase and just after one use I ordered the bottle immediately!I have extremely sensitive, acne prone skin and have been looking for a pre cleanser for ages but nothing really worked for me. I used the sample just by chance before my daily gel cleanser and even though this is not a pre cleanser, I found it was the most soothing product to apply after I used some makeup remover. I felt like my skin screamed out thank you as soon as I applied it.It ticks every single box for me ingredient wise - No drying alcohols, no fragrance and no silicone. With many other beneficial, gentle and natural ingredients. This product is amazing, I didn't have a single pimple due to purging - my face just thanked me. The texture on application is a non grainey, silky clay.. but turns into the most luxurious milky soft consistency. It's gentle enough for the eye area, and suitable and soothes acne. It gives me a super clean, fresh looking feeling and glow! I have total confidence going makeup free with the way this product makes my skin look!The purifying benefits of the clay really keeps the pores clean and balanced. Reduces redness/irritation and helps heal blemishes fast! It has fit seemlessly into my skin care routine and my skin loves me for including it!I have recommended this product to my mum as a pre cleanser and she's hooked. Give it a try, if your looking for a gentle but effective cleanser.I just use it in conjunction with my gel cleanser and i know it is not a pre cleanser it just works great for me in that way!Love this product and highly recommend and will buy again..it's locked into my routine now!

This is my second bottle of this cleanser. I have extremely sensitive skin and this cleanser is so gentle and doesn’t cause any rash or problems. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and hydrated afterwards too, even if I forget to moisturise - I probably wouldn’t even be able to tell!

I bought this so that I could clean my face without getting it to go too dry but now with this I feel it doesn’t clean, especially the eye makeup. It just spreads under my eyes. I tried using it twice or even 3 times. Wouldn’t buy again.

I use this as the first step in a double cleanse process. I use 3 pumps in the evening to remove my skincare from the morning, and things like dirt, sweat, etc. from throughout the day. After the first use, I noticed an immediate difference. By using this oil cleanser as part of my double cleansing routine, my skin feels clean without being stripped. I only use this of an evening, and it is going to last a long time.I use this to remove my makeup when I wear it, but if I just wash it off it doesn’t remove all of the makeup. It’s best to wash off and wipe your face with a cloth before going in with your second cleanser. I find this struggles to remove my mascara, which isn’t even waterproof. I need to rub my eyes with a cloth to remove mascara, as rubbing with the oil and my fingers isn’t enough.

Have been using this oil cleanser as first step in my double cleanse for 10 years and I still love it just as much as when I bought my first bottle. The oil is lightweight and emulsifies like a dream (some other brands leave a residue but not this one!) removing every last bit of sunscreen and makeup without stripping. I find I can rub it right on my lashes to remove mascara with no problems with irritation at all.Over the years, particularly when bareMinerals rebranded a lot of their products, I tried a bunch of other oil cleansers but I found myself always coming back to this one.
