I loved the original bareMinerals Oil Obsessed cleanser and was devastated when it was discontinued. This Smoothness cleanser was supposed to be the replacement for that and some people said it was the same but others said it was different, and I was so unsure if I wasn't to try it or not because of how much I loved the old one and I didn't want to be disappointed. Well after searching and searching for a replacement oil cleanser, I couldn't find ANY that I liked so I just went for it and bought this one. I tried to compare ingredients lists and I think majority of the ingredients were the same, so that kind of put me at ease that I'd most likely be using the same product. Well... it's actually so good!! I was so surprised that it feels and smells almost exactly like the old one! It still makes my skin happy, smells and feels lovely, and completely melts away my makeup - if I do it well, I can wipe my face with a white towel and BAM no staining! I'm pretty stoked with it and will continue to purchase! Also, as I have dry skin, it doesn't leave me feeling tight, and the product doesn't leave behind a sticky film, it comes completely off. The pump is also much nicer that the old one so has less chance of leaking. Also, I only need two pumps at most to cover my face and neck so I know it'll last me a while. Don't hesitate like!

This cleanser is one of those products that doesn’t disappoint! It hydrates well, doesn’t leave a residue and removes makeup effortlessly. Since using it my skins not been as dry! It’s definitely a staple in my routine.

I was getting adult acne randomly one year and after fixing my diet, hormones, skincare i was baffled on what was causing it. I was recommended by a lovely MECCA employee to try double cleansing with STEP 1 being this product....and I was blown away how it cleared my skin up after 2 weeks. Adult acne hasn't appeared since and it's been 3 years already - love this product.
