I normally do not spend this much on skincare (particularly a cleanser) but after trying a sample, I bought this as a one-off because I felt like a little luxury! This indeed feels very luxurious - the scent is subtle and beautiful, and the product FEELS expensive (which is nice after you spent a lot of money on it!). It does seem to deeply cleanse because my face is actually "squeaky clean" after use. Perhaps the most amazing thing about this product is how a little goes SUCH a long way. This was one of the reasons why I could justify the price - you use MUCH less product than most other cleansers, so it could actually work out to be the same cost as a cheaper cleanser when taking into account how quickly you go through it. My sachet sample lasted over 2 weeks! I have never seen a product that foams up so much from such a tiny amount.I took one star off because despite being a very beautiful product that makes me feel pampered, it did not do anything noticeable to my skin, which I kind of expect for the price. Also the packaging feels quite cheap and the lid does not click shut properly. Would not repurchase because by the time I go through this I will be ready to try something new, but if you are feeling like a little luxury then I would say go for it!

This is my favourite cleanser! I first received a sample earlier in the year and now I am into my second tube! My mother has even purchased one for herself and we use it religiously everyday! It foams up nicely and cleanses your skin leaving it feeling so soft and clean. Love this :)

I usually use the Eve Lom Cleanser. Love it but the whole cleansing process night after night can get a bit arduous. Therefore I was on the lookout for a simple cleanser to use on alternate nights when I was too tired to go through the Eve Lom step by step cleansing process.I too had used a sample of this and was really drawn to the gorgeous scent. Decided to take the plunge and purchase a full tube.This cleanser really does feel as though you are giving your skin a treat and a little really does go such a long way (it took me a few days to learn this). However, the jury's still out on this one I think? Not convinced that it does the job 100% of getting all traces of makeup off but perhaps I've been spoilt with the Eve Lom cleanser. My skin also feels slightly "parched" after I use it and it's supposed to be "skin softening??"Still, I will continue to use for it's glorious scent and am pleased that it doesn't irritate my normally very sensitive skin.

I bought this product to help with my skin which was purging due to my detoxing & I'm extremely pleased to say that it has cleared my skin up beautifully & is so easy to use. Highly recommend it as one of the best cleansers I have used in a long time.

I got a sample of this in a beauty loop box and took it on a trip as that’s generally when I use samples, saves taking a full sized product. This stuff stung my eyes like crazy! I’m normally totally fine, and it does say it’s fine for removing eye make up. When I used my normal second cleanser (I double cleanse) retinol, Hyularonic acid and night serum they all stung my face which is really unusual for me. Pulled the packet out the bin to see what it was and googled it. Very surprised by the price!! I wouldn’t buy this!

This product was recommended as being great for sensitive skin unfortunately it’s not worked at all for me! I have sensitive skin/rosacea, and after each time I have used this cleanser I experience more redness, irritation and bumps on my skin. I’ve had really good experiences with Chantecaille products so thought I would give it a go, however this one is not for me!
