Lovely product, a little goes a long way but don't get this in your eyes, even a tiny bit will sting and burn. Removes makeup well even mascara but need to be so careful not to get this in your eyes. I like to cleanse twice to ensure all makeup has been removed. Doesn't cause breakouts or redness like other cleansers can and doesn't dry out the skin. Taken off 1 star due to the eye sting.

This cleanser is the first product I've used which has genuinely reduced the appearance of my pores. It's also quite good value because you only need a small amount of product (less than half a pea size). I combine this product with the Bamboo Hibiscus Exfoliater which I use every 3 days.

This is my second time buying this cleanser. A little goes a long way as it foams up really nicely so I wouldn't be too deterred by the price as it will last you far longer than most cheaper cleansers. Fact of the matter is, you get what you pay for with this product. Gives you a great squeaky clean cleanse without drying. I use it with my cleansing brush for a good polish. My skin is prone to drying with some cleansers but this doesn't give me any issues.

Light scent, light cleanser but will not wash off much. I have to wash again with other real cleanser after this. And with the light texture, you have to use at least 5- pumps each time, cost too much on money wise!!! I won’t buy this again.

After being so impressed with the Jasmine and Lily Healing Mask, I was ready to immerse myself in all Chantecaille products and bought this cleanser and Flower Harmonising Cream.Cleanser: It's a beautiful creamy texture for my dry skin and I found it effectively removes my non waterproof eyeliner after massaging it gently. Word of warning ⚠️, make sure don't get it into your eyes at it stings (which I wasn't made aware of). The bottle instructs 2 pumps but I feel I need 3 at least to cover my whole face. I then feel the need to wash it off my face with my foaming cleanser because it feels waxy.Overall, it is a beautiful product - but at its price, I don't think it's worth it.

I received a sample of this product & ran out of my normal skincare so thought I would use this one until my other one from o/s arrives. I would say this product is excellent to remove your makeup but it doesn’t make my skin feel clean enough to use as a cleanser. The sample was a lot more tacky whereas this full size product is extremely runny so don’t make the mistake of tipping the tube upside down or you will lose half your product. For the price the packaging feels very cheap. I know they had problems with a previous pump version but pump would be best for a product like this.

I bought this after receiving a sample in store, so I obviously liked it enough to buy it in the first place. However, I have just finished the bottle and I will not be buying it again. While I really like how much it foams up (I prefer a foaming cleanser in the evening) I think that at $90 it is overpriced - I haven't seen any special results from using it. Admittedly, you only need a TINY amount each time so it does last for ages, but still, $90 for a cleanser?? I am also not that sure about why there are granules in it as there are not enough of them for exfoliation purposes. I have now moved on to the Verso foaming facial cleanser (after reading about it in this year's Beauty Election and getting a sample in store) which is 'only' $52 - a bargain in comparison!

Got a sample size of this in one of Mecca's beauty boxes. Only got around to trying it today and honestly --- wish I hadn't. I don't know if it was how I was using it but it left my skin feeling sticky and any makeup I put on after this looked washed out and pitted. Made my blush look too pink and my highlight a weird silver. I got so frustrated with this product I fell into a mood and went make up free for three days. Safe to say I chucked this straight in the bin after.
