I bought this about 3 months ago and I have been using it with Clarins chamomile toning lotion for dry skin and daily energising moisturiser and my skin is quiet dry and some very dull but after using this for a few months my skin has never looked so radiant!!

After discovering my old face wash for dry skin with shea butter was unavailable, I admit, I panicked! I've always found it hard to find a product to suit my very dry sensitive skin. I needn't have worried! Clarins have designed the perfect replacement. Dare I say an improvement? After use I pat dry and find it leaves a soft hydrating residue, which is then added to with one of my Clarins moisturisers.

Please bring back the old one. It's not at all good for the dry skin, makes my skin more dry and dull. The older version was fantastic and using that for years. Please bring back the old one.

Recently I came to the sad realisation that the beautiful alpine herbs cleanser for dry skin, had been discontinued. I had used this cleanser for twenty years and it was the only cleanser that agreed with my very dry and sensitive skin.I tried this as it seemed like the nearest option, but was concerned by the reviews. Sadly for me, the reviews don’t lie. This product has a horrible smell and is so thick that it dragged on my skin and I literally could not get it off. It also caused irritation to my cheeks and face so that I had to stop using it after three days. Clarins please!! Bring back the much loved Alpine cleanser and camomile toner!!!
