I love this balm! This is gentle, effective, and leaves my skin feeling smooth. I use it mainly as an eye makeup remover, opting to massage it around my eyes with my fingers, which has eliminated the use of cotton pads or scrubbing/reapplying which bothers me about a lot of other removers on the market. I find that it rinses off nicely, and leaves my skin looking completely fresh and clean. The best part is that a little goes a long way. I received this as a sample, and it has survived almost 5 months of daily use. Will definitely be purchasing this again, and I recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin around their eyes.

I’m abit unsure when it comes to this product. It almost feel like it should be wiped off and not rinsed off. It’s a bit of a love hate relationship. I got this for eye makeup so I didn’t have to pull my skin when trying to remove eye makeup like I do with other products. Yesterday a used the stila intense black waterproof liquid eyeliner to create an artistic eye line and used A LOT of eyeliner, and this take the day off cleansing balm literally got it ALL off. So it does the job. Just feels weird having to wash a balm texture off. Lol sorry, this review could probably have been a lot shorter haha

I first bought the mini to try it out because I wasn't sure if it was actually gonna work and not breakout my skin. It works amazingly I wear a lot of makeup and it removes it all, I don't use it on my eyes because my eyes are really sensitive but it works really good.

Great consistency and HIGHLY effective at removing makeup, sebum and/or spf. NO fragrance (synthetic or “natural”) which is great cause product don’t need it and shouldn’t have them. Also NO Shea butter which is great because I found Shea causes congestion for me. All and all, it’s my HG and i hope they never change the ingredients. I’ve even tried many Korean balm/sherbet cleansers but they have some ingredients I don’t wanna use (fragrance, almond oil, shea) so this is brilliant

This cleanser irritated my skin. I have sensitive skin and this aggravates my skin...caused dryness and irritated promoted break-outs by stimulating oil production. Nor does this exfoliate or cleanse long-wear make-up. You will need a make-up remover for this, then cleanse or you will continue to break-out. Shame because I love a foaming cleanser with no perfume.

I use these when I am travelling for a short trip so I don’t have to pack my micellar water bottle. Great for my sensitive skin with no fragrance. Removes longwear makeup and mascara. this formulation doesn’t irritate my skin when using for 2-3 days, not sure beyond this though.2 towelettes did dispense at once although I normally use 2 at the end of day.
