I bought this after a recommendation from Mecca staff (I was tossing up between the Drunk Elephant & Sunday Riley cleansing balms).. I’m now on my 3rd jar. Cannot recommend it enough! No irritation whatsoever & takes every bit of eye makeup off, as well as whatever else is on my face. Curiosity got the better of me & I did try both previously mentioned products but have come back to Clinique & won’t bother with anything else now..

I’m on my fifth jar of this. I wear a lot of sunscreen and this is guaranteed to take it all off as well as makeup. As instructed, I rub it on to dry skin and then emulsify in the shower before washing it off with warm water. Then I follow with a mild cleanser as I double cleanse. It doesn’t sting or irritate my eyes even when I rub it directly into my lashes to remove mascara.

Love the texture on my face. It doesn't sting your eyes at all and takes off even the toughest waterproof makeup. You also need a small amount so lasts ages!

I purchased this based on a recommendation in-store as the brand I normally use was out of stock. this remover feels dehydrating and lower quality compared to other brands I have used, possibly due to a cheaper price point. I also have difficulty removing all my mascara as there are always clumps left behind. I am really surprised that this product was so highly recommended in store.
