There is nothing worse than removing make up and then washing your face and seeing black underneath your eyes because you did not remove all the mascara! When i use this product i do not have that problem, so i can sleep easy knowing all the make up is is off my face! it is an expense product though but you pay for what you get!

I purchased this based on a recommendation in-store as the brand I normally use was out of stock. this remover feels dehydrating and lower quality compared to other brands I have used, possibly due to a cheaper price point. I also have difficulty removing all my mascara as there are always clumps left behind. I am really surprised that this product was so highly recommended in store.
