I have used this makeup remover to remove both my waterproof mascara and long-last lipstick for as long as I can remember. I wear contact lenses and have sensitive eyes and it is the only one I can use. I simply soak cotton pads, hold over my eyes, then wipe away. I follow with an overall cleanser (demalogica ultra-calming cleanser) over my whole face and then rinse away the residue from both. They work together brilliantly and leave my skin clean, calm and fresh - and my eyes clear! Brilliant product - I always keep a spare on hand as I never want to run out!

I purchased this based on a recommendation in-store as the brand I normally use was out of stock. this remover feels dehydrating and lower quality compared to other brands I have used, possibly due to a cheaper price point. I also have difficulty removing all my mascara as there are always clumps left behind. I am really surprised that this product was so highly recommended in store.
