Excessive Dryness

I tried a travel size version of this as I was going overseas and I was a big fan of the TTDO Balm. They are not the same, not even comparable by my standards. This is basically a micellar water in my eyes, and I after I use a micellar water I would still use the TTDO balm to get the rest off.

This is the second time I've bought this. It just melts the make up off my face and I don't need to do any harsh rubbing. A little goes a long way but I'm often afraid I'm going to spill it everywhere coz the top of the bottle is big so the product flows out in big amounts of you aren't careful.

Always come back to this eye and makeupRemover. Gentle but thorough and doesn’t leave my sensitive eyes irritated like some others I have used.

I have been using this product for about 2 months now and I honestly couldn't be happier! I love the fact that it is a balm and not a foaming cleanser, so it is not drying what's so ever.It litterly MELTS all of your make up off, leaving you looking like something out of the house of wax (which is so fun and I love! Haha)And it is so easy to use, other cleansers I would have to use in the shower as I don't like rinsing my face over the sink as it can be messy. But the Clinique take the day off balm I can actually use!I use both in and out of the shower, so at the sink after all of my make up has dissolved I just take either a make up/baby wipe or cloth and wipe it off. No mess or water dripping everywhere! Love love love

I'm about to reach the end of my first full-size tub of this, so feel qualified in saying that it really does remove everything. I especially love that this can be used over lips and eyes and is not drying at all. If you use micellar water after using a cleanser, you'll find there is still makeup left behind - doesn't happen with this.

I went in-store looking for an oil cleanser when the sales rep suggested this, I was a bit skeptical at the time but she raved about it so I thought I'd give it a go and it is heaven. It melts down quickly and requires you to really massage your skin, something that has benefit my skin more than I ever expected. I've been clear and glowy since I started using it. Love it.

I purchased this based on a recommendation in-store as the brand I normally use was out of stock. this remover feels dehydrating and lower quality compared to other brands I have used, possibly due to a cheaper price point. I also have difficulty removing all my mascara as there are always clumps left behind. I am really surprised that this product was so highly recommended in store.
