Got this in my beauty loop box and threw it in a draw. Balm!? How will balm remove all my very thick full coverage makeup every day. Then I saw a YouTuber mention using a balm in their everyday routine so I figured I try it! So glad I did. This stuff is magical. All my makeup literally melts. And I can rub it all over my eyes and it won’t aggravate them. I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t upset it. It’s gentle, easy to use and works better than anything else I’ve tried! A+

I got this about a month ago and I’ve never used anything as amazing as this to take my makeup off, no word of a lie all my makeup off in one go! Eyeliner, mascara, the lot! And it doesn’t take much product to achieve this either! Goes on oily and washes off so easy. I used to swear by micellar water before I tried this and now I’m hooked, only thing I’ll use.

I purchased this based on a recommendation in-store as the brand I normally use was out of stock. this remover feels dehydrating and lower quality compared to other brands I have used, possibly due to a cheaper price point. I also have difficulty removing all my mascara as there are always clumps left behind. I am really surprised that this product was so highly recommended in store.
