Received a sample of this, not expecting too much, but my goodness was I wrong! It feels so luxurious, instantly melting your makeup away without leaving a tight over cleansed feeling afterwards. Just leaves skin super soft and clear.

I struggle to find something that removes makeup! I’ve tried micellar water (and still use this as a final step, in shower face washes etc but find you have to do many applications with all of this, as I like to make sure all makeup is completely removed. In the last week I have discovered this and Tacha cleaning oil and love them both, bu5 the Tatcha is my fav! The oil is just easier to work with then the balm and squirting it out as opposed to scooping it out of this container just seems more hygienic

This product is great for removing makeup/sunscreen off your face. I do have to follow up with a normal pH balanced cleanser to remove all traces of the balm but overall does exactly what it needs to do. I wouldn't recommend relying on this one product to cleanse your face after wearing makeup. Would treat this product as a makeup remover/1st cleanse and then cleansing as per usual with a normal cleanser. Giving this 4 stars as there are definitely better options out there.

I have only been using this one for a few weeks but so far it is amazing! I use it to double cleanse, first it removes even the heaviest eye makeup or lipstick then cleanses to leave my face feeling soft and Hydrated

I purchased this based on a recommendation in-store as the brand I normally use was out of stock. this remover feels dehydrating and lower quality compared to other brands I have used, possibly due to a cheaper price point. I also have difficulty removing all my mascara as there are always clumps left behind. I am really surprised that this product was so highly recommended in store.
