For the past few months my skin has been constantly breaking out (face and neck). Until a week ago I'd been using significantly cheaper skin care products and no routine. This is the first time using Dermalogica products and I've been using this exfoliant, along with the intensive moisture cleanser and clearstart hydrating lotion for a week and absolutely love it. My inflamed skin and breakouts have responded so well and are almost fully cleared up. The exfoliant leaves my skin feeling beautifully smooth and I love how it's in a powder form, very different to other products.

This product is so beautiful!! I have combination skin and I hate using anything overly scented and harsh and this product is literally just chefs kiss. It’s so gentle and calming on my skin, I feel like I can finally stop looking for an exfoliater after years of trying to find something I really like for my skin.

I was recommended this by a friend who loved it so I gave it a try. My skin was used to more chemical exfoliants so I thought it might be a bit rough for my skin but it actually started off really well and my skin felt so polished afterwards, however I made the mistake of not letting my skin adjust as I used it every evening for about a week which led to a minor breakout as my skin was not prepared for such intense exfoliation. Otherwise it’s a great product and I will continue to use with more caution!

Bought it because I saw it on tiktok. Thought it would dry my skin out or ruin my barrier but pleasant surprise - no unexpected breakouts and skin looks and feels great! I only purchase the travel size as i use it in the shower and it gets a bit clumpy from the moisture. Less so with the smaller bottle. Still get around 2 months of use from the mini.

I've been buying this cleanser for more than 5 years. It's an excellent exfoliating cleanser that I use twice a week. The components include acne-fighting and brightening (rice-based powder), which is just what I need to keep my skin looking youthful and my acne at bay. If you're hesitant, try the tiny version, but all I can say is that this is my all-time favourite.

I love the oil version but this product is like Vaseline. It stings the eyes and doesn’t emulsify properly so leaves a film on the skin. Save your money.

I purchased this product in April after reading extremely positive reviews from people with sensitive skin. However, after a week of daily usage, my skin was incredibly irritated by the product. I continued using it daily for another two weeks to give it a fair chance and after the three weeks, my skin was so damaged and irritated, (red, stinging, dry and breaking out) that I stopped using it and allowed my skin to recover. At the end of May, when my skin had fully recovered, I used the product once a week for three weeks to see if this was a better option for my skin, and each time saw a mild reaction (added texture the next day and mild irritation with an increase in small breakouts). I stopped using it again. Last night I tried it one last time. 24 hours later, I have an increase in small pimples on my cheeks and jaw, and my skin feels more textured than it did before I used it. This product makes your skin feel amazing the night that you use it, but the results the day after have not been positive for me at all. I have used the same skincare routine throughout this trial process, being the YTTP superfood cleanser, FAB hydrating oat toner, YTTP face oil and Cerave Moisturising Cream, nothing which should react poorly with the exfoliant. I have had positive results with other chemical and physical exfoliant so, this was a weird exception

I love this but if bottle gets wet or even from steamin bathroom - I can’t get it out. I have tried different options and for years, I am surprised that packaging is not mentioned as a major issue. I can’t even be bothered now even though I love the product
