I really wanted to like this after seeing all the reviews, but I bought it and was really disappointed. 1 wash was a bit drying, similar to an exfoliating rice cleanser, then the second and third were so drying my skin started to flake. I don't over exfoliate and was after a gentle cleanser for sensitive skin (as this is marketed as) but it was swiftly returned for a full refund. Went back to other trusted brands stocked at Mecca.

I've used this cleanser for almost a year now and am completely converted. It removes a full face of make up with only 1 pump - super easy. I find the scent to be quite neutral which I like and it leaves my face feeling super fresh after I wash it off. A little more on the pricer side for a cleanser but worth it.

So I am a beauty junkie - I have tried every brand there is and was recently trying Rationale. The acid product burnt some of my skin and i had dry peeling red sore patches on my cheeks and general flaking all over. I googled lots of reviews of Dr Sturm after hearing about it on insta and celeb videos and went to my local Mecca to try it in person. I ended up buying everything I tried! Just over a week later and my skin is now plumper, flaking gone, and generally a lot calmer. A treat for sensitive skin - I really love this cleanser and I hate foam cleansers but this doesn't have the drying ingredients so it almost feels creamy unbelievably. Not drying, your skin just feels clean and fresh after and balanced. I will definitely keep going with this.
