Thought I would try this balm after using another one that was just OK. Well this is absolutely amazing I take it off with a washcloth at night and it removes all makeup. It doesn't leave a weird film on the skin so no need for a double cleanse. I haven't used the small bamboo exfoliant powder that comes with the balm as I use retinol so I can't comment on that.

Very disappointed with this product. It smells off, I can not find an expiry date anywhere, but smells off and rancid, also the texture feels too gluggy / like vasoline.

Love the DE Slaii Cleanser and onto my 2nd tub now. I've tried other balm type cleansers but found this on to be my favourite. Its very gentle and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry and tight, plus does a great job of cleaning my makeup off.

I really liked this product, I have sensitive combination and it was very soothing ad worked well. I would definitely recommend. While I love this for a skin cleaner, it works on makeup but I find myself cleaning twice which is fine but for the price I would rather just use micellar water.

This product is awful and smells like playdough. It doesnt get my makeup off easily and the scent alone just makes me never want to use it so it's just been sitting in my cupboard. I dont trust that it actually gets all my makeup off.

I’ve had this product for a while now & occasionally I whip it out to use it. But the smell is like play dough, it takes a long time to get off mascara, and it stings my eyes as well. It does leave the face feeling fresh though.
