Get rid of the makeup pads and start using cleansing balms immediately! This is my third time purchasing it and it is worth the money! I can't express how effective it is at melting off everything and its more environmentally friendly. I suffer from acne prone skin and the only thing that is saving me from not breaking out when I put on makeup is this. Only downside is the new packaging. The spoon on the lid is not magnetic anymore which doesn't make it bacteria free. The old packaging, even after you haven't washed the spoon yet, you can just magnet it onto the lid so it doesn't touch the table but now it is "snap-on" which no one wants to snap on until they clean it so it ends up with germs on everything.

I have repurchased this a few times. It's kind of expensive for face wash but I have found one that comes close to making my face feel clean and tight. It lasts absolutely ages.

I’m not usually sensitive to products so initially this was lovely to use! Gentle and not too drying with slight exfoliation - though I soon broke out in a very painful, itchy rash on both sides of my face. I’m sure this is a beautiful product, I may have been allergic to a specific ingredient that I haven’t been exposed to before.

I bought this like 7 months ago and have been using it consistently so I feel like I have a fair say in this. It BROKE ME out like a lot. Every single time I used it felt hydrating afterwards but the next day I would have random red patches and new pimples. My usaul skincare routine never did this and when I incorporated it, the new pimples appeared. On the other hand, the texture is not what I anticipated. It's chunky and doesn't "melt" that well since the chunks are still there. I wore very little makeup yet none of it came off, I had to use micellar water afterwards since it never did the perfect job at removing make-up.
