I bought this as a first step cleanser. It truly is so soothing and ensures your skin feels hydrated after you cleanse. It removes make up and best works with a cloth so I recommend having a few on hand.I particularly adore the magnetic feature of the spoon, which sticks to the lid so you don't lose it and also don't have to stick your fingers in the balm.

I brought this a few weeks ago as I felt my current cleanser was not removing my makeup, i have sensitive, dry skin that tends to breakout and don't tend to heal. Ever since use this cleanser my skin is nourished, hydrated and healing! love it

I have repurchased this cleansing balm multiple times. I really love the texture - it melts make up and sunscreen but doesn’t leave any oily residue. I don’t use the physical exfoliating beads that come with it. I prefer chemical exfoliants and I’m not convinced that make up removal is the best stage for exfoliation anyway. Fragrance free is a bonus!

I’m not usually sensitive to products so initially this was lovely to use! Gentle and not too drying with slight exfoliation - though I soon broke out in a very painful, itchy rash on both sides of my face. I’m sure this is a beautiful product, I may have been allergic to a specific ingredient that I haven’t been exposed to before.

I bought this like 7 months ago and have been using it consistently so I feel like I have a fair say in this. It BROKE ME out like a lot. Every single time I used it felt hydrating afterwards but the next day I would have random red patches and new pimples. My usaul skincare routine never did this and when I incorporated it, the new pimples appeared. On the other hand, the texture is not what I anticipated. It's chunky and doesn't "melt" that well since the chunks are still there. I wore very little makeup yet none of it came off, I had to use micellar water afterwards since it never did the perfect job at removing make-up.
