I bought this after receiving a sample and use it every morning. The cleanser is nice and creamy and foams up a little. It does a perfect job of refreshing my combination skin with a gentle exfoliation, leaving it so smooth and the perfect base for make up.

This is the second bottle, the last one was in the plastic tube. I love how Elemis adapts the packaging to be more sustainable. Plus this new bottle and pump are easier to control the amount of the product as its gel texture it's quite runny.

I really wanted to love this balm, but the overpowering smell was horrible, not to mention BAD for skin. And I honestly don’t think it is very good at cleansing either. There are hundreds of other cleansers/balms that are way better than this one at a fraction of the cost.

I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it does not live up to the hype for me. It is very strongly fragranced and has resulted in breakouts for my skin (even with a double cleanse and using my Foreo - it was the only new product introduced into my routine). I will be sticking with my usual cleansing oil.
