This is a lovely product and everything you would want in a balm. Nice texture, cleans well, leaves skin feeling soft and amazing. The fragrance is strong and reminds me of my sons Sleepy Head Balm which I like. Whilst I enjoyed this product, it loses a star with its price point. Glow Recipe have an amazing balm for half the price which is as good if not a little better than this. In saying that, I will be purchasing the Elemis Rose scented balm as I love anything rose scented so will treat myself. If price does not matter to you then this is a great quality product!

I have re-bought this product 3 times. It is hands down the reason behind my skin transformation. I struggled with acne prone skin my entire life, and used this in combination with another cleanser, oil and moisturiser to remove makeup and SPF from the day and it is INCREDIBLE. It smells like a spa and the texture is a balm that melts into the skin to become a silky oil. If you are thinking of buying this product, this is your sign.

This was an accidental purchase after I got this and Eve Lom mixed up after hearing praise from others. But I was SO impressed with this. It *does* have a bit of a strong smell but it's weirdly okay. It feels like butter on your face, it melts in so smoothly and removes makeup perfectly. I sent my mum a tiny sample and she purchased a full size one immediately. It softens the skin, it also has oat oil in it which I find helpful for keeping eczema/dry patches at bay. I have just run out of my baby version and am now faced with the difficult decision between Elemis and SR balms, both of which I love!

I really wanted to love this balm, but the overpowering smell was horrible, not to mention BAD for skin. And I honestly don’t think it is very good at cleansing either. There are hundreds of other cleansers/balms that are way better than this one at a fraction of the cost.

I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately it does not live up to the hype for me. It is very strongly fragranced and has resulted in breakouts for my skin (even with a double cleanse and using my Foreo - it was the only new product introduced into my routine). I will be sticking with my usual cleansing oil.
