It’s been about 2 weeks of using this face wash morning and night and it’s cleared all my break outs and massively reduced texture on my face. It’s super gentle and doesn’t leave my face too stripped, but takes off make up like a dream.

I tried this, as an alternative to my Eve Lom but besides the smell, highly astringent/medicinal scent, I have found it doesn’t melt down and apply as smoothly/provide the same amount of “slip” as the Eve Lom or other Cleansing balms I have tried.

This Elemis cleansing balm is amazing! I'm a 41yo male and required a gentle, hydrating cleanser due to cold winter weather drying out my skin. This is perfect! The balm is housed in a sleek tub, and smells incredible! I was really surprised when I first used this. Is it a balm? An oil? A milk?... IT'S ALL OF THOSE THINGS!! The amazing thing about this product is that at first you're applying a thick, luxurious, rich balm. It then melts down to a thin, hydrating oil. Add a touch of water and this oil seamlessly transforms into a light cleansing milk. This balm gently dissolves and removes all of the dirt and grime from the day; and all of my VitC serum and SPF. I am very happy with this product! It thoroughly cleanses my skin without stripping my natural oils; nourishes and hydrates without breaking skin out and is a very relaxing product to use due to the beautiful, aromatic scent. This product also comes with a spatula and face cloth to support hygienic practises in your cleansing regimen. I highly recommend this cleansing balm and will be repurchasing this in future. Tip: Apply and leave on for 10mins once per week as a hydrating face mask.

Can't stop using this product, smells like glory, gives a nice, refreshed clean feel after rinsing and really hydrates while cleansing. My skin type tends to dry, so normal cleansers were having a terrible effect this winter. I believe I found a keeper.I'm very, very happy I bought it

As a first cleanse I like it - the texture is odd but lovely and my skin overall feels good (have been using this daily but think I will reduce it to every second day as my skin is feeling a little tight).Lastly, wouldn't use this solely for my cleansing step if I'd been wearing makeup as it doesn't get my eye make up off.
