This is without a doubt the best cleanser I have used. Takes off makeup like magic and does not dry my skin. I have been using this for over two years and have never thought of changing my cleanser. The cleanser itself together with the muslin cloth gives you the soft daily exfoliating effect. I would recommend that people use a lighter cleanser for the morning. Must use with muslin cloth!

I received a sample of this cleanser and musin cloth a year ago but it wasn't until recently I gave it a go….wow. I saw results instantly. At first I wasn't sure if I was imagining things, but after just 2 weeks my skin is almost completely blemish free. Overall skin tone has improved and my pores are even looking small. I have just gone out and bought the christmas back to try the mask, TLC cream, eye cream and kiss mix - I hope they're all as amazing as this.

Using this product is like having a nice little facial everyday. I often struggle with breakouts and dry, flaky skin. The cleanser took care of the dryness and did not exacerbate the breakouts (as anticipated for an oil-based cleanser). It leaves the skin feeling clean and balanced, taking even water proof make-up off with one cleanse!A little goes a long way, so it's actually better value than you would think.I certainly looked forward to using this product as it is so easy and quite therapeutic when used with Eve's cleansing cloths per the instructions.

I was very sceptical because this cleanser is so thick and oily I thought it would be disastrous for my spot prone skin. How wrong I was this hands down beat my favourite foaming cleanser and oil cleanser you only need the tiniest amount and all traces of make up removed. When used properly with the Muslim cloth too skin is baby smooth and exfoliated. Repurchase for sure.

I'll start off by saying that I have never paid a lot for my skincare products because I've always felt a bit overwhelmed by the number of products on the market, and unsure about what's best for my skin type. I booked a complimentary skin consultation at my local Mecca store and it was one of the best things I've done! When the Eve Lom cleanser was recommended to me I was initially surprised at how expensive it is (in comparison to the supermarket products I have been using!) however this cleanser is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My skin has honestly never been this under control! It's true when they say you don't need to use a lot - I've been using the cleanser for almost a month now and I am still taking product off the top layer. I bought the largest tub, and I honestly think it will last me 8-10 months.

This product is lovely, it removes ALL traces of makeup and leaves the skin feeling so so soft. My only issue with it was the time consuming process of using it, which after a while, became a bit of a pain and I found myself dreading it! If the process was easier this would be my go-to, but sadly I won't repurchase because of that reason.

I bought this product after the zillions of rave reviews and cult following it has, and I was so disappointed. I just don’t get what the hype is about. It’s a super, SUPER thick / greasy / gritty paste (think Vaseline if you put it in the fridge). The smell is unremarkable. It is nice massaging it into your face, but again, it feels very thick and heavy. The biggest problem for me was removal - it does not come off / out of my skin easily with hot water and the muslin cloth. I have to really scrub and rinse and re-apply hot water 2-3 times before I feel like the thick greasiness is gone, then have to follow with a foaming wash in the shower to finally get rid of it.While it does leave my skin soft and clean after I eventually manage to get it all off, in my experience it was not worth the effort and the results were average. I will definitely not buy this again, especially given the hefty price tag.

I bought this awhile back along with the $15 muslin cloth based on the positive reviews online. I used it according to the instructions - lathering the balm with some warm water and onto my face then wiping it down with a warm muslin cloth. Within a couple of days, my skin broke out like I was a hormonal teenager. I never used it again after that and I didn't realize I could return the product so it became a very expensive paper weight. I used to never read the ingredient list and rely too much on reviews. I've just discovered that this has a few different oils which I've come to learn clogs my pores and make me break out bad. I would say if you have oilier skin (mine is combination), you should stay away.

I only bought this a week ago, and I’ve used it twice. It smells really bad with a strong fragrance that lingers on your face. Does it remove your makeup? Yes. Is it worth the price point? No. Is it an overrated product? Yes!

I bought the mini cleanser to see if this would work with my skin, I have combination skin erring on the oily side and am very breakout prone. It has a lovely smell and feels great on the skin but unfortunately it was a bit too gentle and didn’t assist with breakouts
