Often seen as a time consuming cleanser, I never realised its efficiency until having my first baby. I would stagger to the bathroom before 'bed' (I clarify 'bed', not 'sleep' - mums you hear me), in freezing Melb, & the last thing I felt like doing was getting my face wet or following a 5 product skin routine.Enter Eve Lom.Massage it straight into dry skin, all over your makeup, eyes etc. Run hot water, put the cloth under, wring out - press on face, repeat 3x. Wipe remaining cleanser off face with cloth, run cloth under cold water, wring out, press on face. DONE.And by done I mean done, Eve Lom designed this to be your cleanser, toner, exfoliant, serum, eye cream, moisturiser. So stagger off to bed and know that you basically just had a facial. It smells like a day spa too, so for 5min every night you can escape to luxury - I can't recommend it enough.

After trying a sample of this cleanser I absolutely had to have it. It melts all of my makeup away and is gentle on the extra sensitive skin around my eyes (I can't use any makeup removers pr they sting). I can massage this into my face for 15mins without any irritation. My skin has never been so clean and the muslin cloth has meant I don't have to exfoliate or use a mask regularly anymore.I just like to use a regular cleanser after it to make sure there is no oiliness left on my skin.

I'm on a budget so this product was a definite splurge but just one week later it delivered everything as promised.I had combination skin which was oily in teeny patches and really dry and flaky around my nostrils and lower cheeks - not any more!! My overall complexion has evened out, it's brighter and make up applies easier and dewier.Yes it's a seven step process, yes it's exxy but it's really only five minutes and results are pretty much instant - magical! Plus, I haven't had to use a moisturiser so it's more like two products =)

After trying a wide range of cleansers from luxurious brands to household names. I am happy to discover and test Eve Lom one month ago. It works beautifully well on my combination skin type. In the evening I use it after the cleaning oil, and the skin feels clean and soft as if it had just received a special skin treatment at beauty parlor.... What I really love most about Eve Lom cleanser is that my skin is still quite moisturized after the wash; so even if I don't feel like applying toner or moisturizer afterwards, my skin wouldn't complain and I would still wake up with a great skin that is easy for make up!

My experience with this cleanser so far has been so uplifting. As someone who struggles with breakouts i find this product great. The muslin cloth is a great addition also.Cons.... a little too pricey for the amount you actually get.

I bought the travel essentials online and while waiting for it to arrive I went in store to ask for a sample of the cleanser to try at home because I've never used an Eve Lom product before. Using it to remove my makeup and cleanse was so easy and felt amazing both during and after. My skincare routine went from Dermalogica's cleanser > exfoliant > toner > clearing gel > moisturiser into just Eve Lom's cleanser followed by Dermalogica's moisturiser (which I might stop using when I run out and if all goes well with Eve Lom's TLC Radiance Cream when it arrives). I was so focused on the price, but being given a tiny sample pot (5 days use for me) and using so little product I know now that these cleansers are worth it - they'll last for months! My skin wasn't at all dry or stiff like it usually is after my Dermalogica routine prior to moisturising so I would definitely recommend this product for gentle yet very effective cleansing (I purposely wore more makeup than usual to test it).

I bought this product after the zillions of rave reviews and cult following it has, and I was so disappointed. I just don’t get what the hype is about. It’s a super, SUPER thick / greasy / gritty paste (think Vaseline if you put it in the fridge). The smell is unremarkable. It is nice massaging it into your face, but again, it feels very thick and heavy. The biggest problem for me was removal - it does not come off / out of my skin easily with hot water and the muslin cloth. I have to really scrub and rinse and re-apply hot water 2-3 times before I feel like the thick greasiness is gone, then have to follow with a foaming wash in the shower to finally get rid of it.While it does leave my skin soft and clean after I eventually manage to get it all off, in my experience it was not worth the effort and the results were average. I will definitely not buy this again, especially given the hefty price tag.

I bought this awhile back along with the $15 muslin cloth based on the positive reviews online. I used it according to the instructions - lathering the balm with some warm water and onto my face then wiping it down with a warm muslin cloth. Within a couple of days, my skin broke out like I was a hormonal teenager. I never used it again after that and I didn't realize I could return the product so it became a very expensive paper weight. I used to never read the ingredient list and rely too much on reviews. I've just discovered that this has a few different oils which I've come to learn clogs my pores and make me break out bad. I would say if you have oilier skin (mine is combination), you should stay away.

I only bought this a week ago, and I’ve used it twice. It smells really bad with a strong fragrance that lingers on your face. Does it remove your makeup? Yes. Is it worth the price point? No. Is it an overrated product? Yes!

I bought the mini cleanser to see if this would work with my skin, I have combination skin erring on the oily side and am very breakout prone. It has a lovely smell and feels great on the skin but unfortunately it was a bit too gentle and didn’t assist with breakouts
