Bought this a week ago and have been using it every morning and night. My skin feels super soft and clean right after using it. Although I haven't seen change to my acne but only time will tell! You get heaps of uses as it spreads very easily, I use the size of a pea each time and it is plenty :)

I really like this cleanser, coupled with the muslin cloth, it does help remove makeup and gently exfoliate the skin's surface. In terms of melting/dissolving makeup this does the trick, but for me, other cleansers do that same job. I wouldn't say it's a game changer, unless you're not good at taking off your makeup - it didn't change any breakouts/blocked pores for me - but it nice to use.

I have been using the Eve Lom cleanser and muslin cloths for several years now, and can't imagine not having it on my bathroom cabinet - plus, my skin protests if it goes without! I love its combination of gentle exfoliation and genuine makeup-removing power, and really enjoy winding down with my daily evening ritual of relaxing scent and steam,.

I have just re-purchased this product for a second time and I absolutely love it. I have had trouble with breakouts and closed comedones (bumps under the skin, that never come to the surface) and this product has drawn out all the impurities and brightened my complexion. I have combination skin, leaning more towards oily and this product does a great job with balancing this so my skin is always cleansed, without over drying. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PRODUCT, I never write reviews but this is so worth it! you will not regret it.

I've been using this for over 4 years now when I found it in the UK. It's incredible - i have oily skin/combination in Winter. I have used all other cleanses to help with breakouts and general skin 'balancing'. This is always the best hands down. It's the holy grail - cleansing without drying. The steam and muslin cloth gently exfoliate. Try it!

But this product is definitely magical it smells amazing, it melts everything off my face and leaves my skin feeling smooth and beautiful! This is my savour! Will be using this product for life! I bought this product two months ago and have seen no difference in my skin. Due to the price I was expecting it to work wonders on my skin. It cleanses makeup and moisturises skin well but not to the quality reflecting through the brand and price of the product. I would not say that it worth the money nor is it that much better than my grocery store Cetaphil. Another thing to take into consideration is the bitter scent, some of the people I know love this smell but I do not. I will not be repurchasing.

I seem to be in the minority with my opinion on this product but it is without question the worst skin care/makeup product I’ve ever used. I used it for about a week and within a day or two I started to develop the most painful horrific cystic acne and little bumps all over my face. I suffer from the occasional hormonal breakout on my chin but never had anything even closely resembling what I suffered with this. I ended up seeing a doctor who told me to stop using immediately. The acne stopped appearing (new breakouts) but it took I’d say about 2 months to completely clear. I still have a scar from one of them. I didn’t use any other new products before during or after - only this and as soon as I stopped it my skin started improving. I wanted to love it due to all the great reviews but this was a massive fail for me. my racialist said mineral oil which is in this product can often have this affect on sensitive skin. So please be careful if your skin is even slightly sensitive.

I’ve tried to love this, but I just can’t. I bought it after reading the glowing reviews, but it just doesn’t work for me. It has a really strong smell which I don’t enjoy and I find it so oily that I definitely have to use another cleanser to get rid of the oily residue left on my skin. I also find my pores get even bigger with this! I was expecting a cleanser that was an all in one, but I could only ever see it as part one of a two step cleanse.

I was super excited to try this product and was expecting to love due to the reviews.It feels so luxurious while using it, it’s velvety and melts on to your skin and really does feel spa-like. But that’s where it ended for me. Within 2-3 washes my skin exploded into tiny bumps/ pimples ALL OVER my face. It was like a rash of pimples! I’m not prone to breaking out so I was horrified to say the least.I do tend to have sensitive skin sometimes, it’s not common but it does happen occasionally, so I’m guessing it just didn’t agree with me.
