I've been using this for a couple of months now and still love it as much as I did day 1. It really has been the best cleanser I have used, removing the majority of makeup (I still use an eye makeup remover as well) and leaving my skin feel super clean. I'll definitely be stocking up again when this runs out.

I got this after reading all of the great reviews and I am so glad that I did. This is by far the best cleanser that I have used to date. It is like being at a day spa every night when I use this to remove the days make up. The result is clean skin that feels hydrated. One of my best purchases yet from Mecca!

I've been using this cleanser on and off for 10 years. Right now I use it as a twice weekly deep cleanse (and in place of having regular facials). It is expensive but lasts for ages and you only need a small amount for each use. I have sensitive skin and find using this cleanser every day was too harsh for my skin, but it works well when I alternate with Cetaphil and stick to 2 days a week for Eve Lom. It really is the best product I've found to deep cleanse / exfoliate my skin and feels like arrest each time I use it. New users may find the Eve Lom cleansing ritual a bit time consuming but it gets quicker with practice. I find it gives my skin an even tone and a healthy glow.

I've been using this product for almost a year now. To begin with I was confused about the whole 'warming it in your fingers before application' but soon got the knack of it. As far as cleansers go it does what it professes to do but you can really tell the difference between this one and a cheaper alternative. It doesn't leave you with that tight, dry feeling as though all the good stuff has been sucked out of your skin. I'm fast becoming a big fan of Eve Lom.

If you have some extra money, this may be a nice cleanser to have everyday. However, in the long run, we who wear makeup might find it a lot less helpful. I typically use an oil based remover. This couldn't budge brow pomade, waterproof mascara or even my liquid lipsticks. I think it suits sensitive skin and eyes but don't really expect miracles. Used up a lot of product trying to remove simple makeup.

I have been using this cleanser for several weeks now and my skin has never felt better. I love the way it goes on as a super hydrating oil consistency but wipes off leaving zero residue and extremely clear skin. You notice a visible glow after just one use, absolutely in love with this product.

I bought this product after the zillions of rave reviews and cult following it has, and I was so disappointed. I just don’t get what the hype is about. It’s a super, SUPER thick / greasy / gritty paste (think Vaseline if you put it in the fridge). The smell is unremarkable. It is nice massaging it into your face, but again, it feels very thick and heavy. The biggest problem for me was removal - it does not come off / out of my skin easily with hot water and the muslin cloth. I have to really scrub and rinse and re-apply hot water 2-3 times before I feel like the thick greasiness is gone, then have to follow with a foaming wash in the shower to finally get rid of it.While it does leave my skin soft and clean after I eventually manage to get it all off, in my experience it was not worth the effort and the results were average. I will definitely not buy this again, especially given the hefty price tag.

I purchased this on a whim and I don’t understand the seeming “cult” status this has. It smells like moth balls and is sticky. It does the job but I won’t repurchase.

I bought this awhile back along with the $15 muslin cloth based on the positive reviews online. I used it according to the instructions - lathering the balm with some warm water and onto my face then wiping it down with a warm muslin cloth. Within a couple of days, my skin broke out like I was a hormonal teenager. I never used it again after that and I didn't realize I could return the product so it became a very expensive paper weight. I used to never read the ingredient list and rely too much on reviews. I've just discovered that this has a few different oils which I've come to learn clogs my pores and make me break out bad. I would say if you have oilier skin (mine is combination), you should stay away.

Worst breakout with this product after one use. The cloth makes it worse

I only bought this a week ago, and I’ve used it twice. It smells really bad with a strong fragrance that lingers on your face. Does it remove your makeup? Yes. Is it worth the price point? No. Is it an overrated product? Yes!

I bought the mini cleanser to see if this would work with my skin, I have combination skin erring on the oily side and am very breakout prone. It has a lovely smell and feels great on the skin but unfortunately it was a bit too gentle and didn’t assist with breakouts
