-Smells great, like you're at a day spa. -Yes, the price is a bit intimidating but a little goes a long way, I also find that I am extra cautious when I'm using a 'high end' product and am less wasteful. -My usual lacklustre skin is now so smooth, everything goes on so much nicer. My redness has reduced significantly. - I also usually wake up to quite oily skin however since using this product I can just use the cloth to wipe over my face and use a toner and voila, I'm awake! -It does a great job at getting off every little bit of makeup, with my previous cleanser I would always have foundation left over which I would later find after toning.

I have used many cleansing balms. This is by far my favourite. It doesn't leave any oily residue on my face. It doesn't sting my eyes- and I give them a good rub as I wear heavy eye make up most days. I rub a small amount of the balm on my fingertips and smooth over my entire face- dry. I massage into the skin and hold my fingertips over my eyes for a few seconds to let the product melt away my eye makeup. Then using the muslin cloth (that comes with it) and warm water, I then hold this over my face for a few seconds and then gently rub away. I find that this balm takes away all traces of my make up, even stubborn liquid lipsticks and waterproof mascara. My skin is left feeling squeaky clean and not stripped like some others do.I can compare this to the Sunday Riley -Blue moon, the Clinique- take the day off, which both don't work as well as this- I always go back to this cult hero

This is the most perfect cleanser if you have combination to dry skin. The balmy consistency of this product ensures that all of your makeup, excess oil, and pollutants are washed away and it leaves your skin feeling supple and nourished. The smell of this product is divine and helps to clear the mind and airways, leaving you relaxed and ready for bed. Over time, the product does tend to become more granulous but this doesn't bother me, I think it adds a more exfoliating effect. Because of the oily nature of the product I wouldn't recommend it if you have lash extensions, but for everyone else, you won't be disappointed!

This is an amazing product. I have problem skin, particularly in t zone so it is important for me to remove all makeup effectively without over drying and causing imbalance to my skin. I often use two cleansers: one to remove makeup and then one to cleanse but with Eve Lom I only need one. I love the smell and it leaves my skin silky soft and not stripped of any natural oils.I have an oily T zone and it doesn't make me break out. It is pricey but it is worth it. Highly recommend

I bought this product two months ago and have seen no difference in my skin. Due to the price I was expecting it to work wonders on my skin. It cleanses makeup and moisturises skin well but not to the quality reflecting through the brand and price of the product. I would not say that it worth the money nor is it that much better than my grocery store Cetaphil. Another thing to take into consideration is the bitter scent, some of the people I know love this smell but I do not. I will not be repurchasing.

I seem to be in the minority with my opinion on this product but it is without question the worst skin care/makeup product I’ve ever used. I used it for about a week and within a day or two I started to develop the most painful horrific cystic acne and little bumps all over my face. I suffer from the occasional hormonal breakout on my chin but never had anything even closely resembling what I suffered with this. I ended up seeing a doctor who told me to stop using immediately. The acne stopped appearing (new breakouts) but it took I’d say about 2 months to completely clear. I still have a scar from one of them. I didn’t use any other new products before during or after - only this and as soon as I stopped it my skin started improving. I wanted to love it due to all the great reviews but this was a massive fail for me. my racialist said mineral oil which is in this product can often have this affect on sensitive skin. So please be careful if your skin is even slightly sensitive.

I’ve tried to love this, but I just can’t. I bought it after reading the glowing reviews, but it just doesn’t work for me. It has a really strong smell which I don’t enjoy and I find it so oily that I definitely have to use another cleanser to get rid of the oily residue left on my skin. I also find my pores get even bigger with this! I was expecting a cleanser that was an all in one, but I could only ever see it as part one of a two step cleanse.

I was super excited to try this product and was expecting to love due to the reviews.It feels so luxurious while using it, it’s velvety and melts on to your skin and really does feel spa-like. But that’s where it ended for me. Within 2-3 washes my skin exploded into tiny bumps/ pimples ALL OVER my face. It was like a rash of pimples! I’m not prone to breaking out so I was horrified to say the least.I do tend to have sensitive skin sometimes, it’s not common but it does happen occasionally, so I’m guessing it just didn’t agree with me.
