I got this as a sample. Used it for a week. I was unsure about it. But then I realised 2 weeks later I was still thinking about it. So I took the plunge and bought it.I'm glad I did. It really is a nice experience. I don't use it every day but maybe once or twice a week. Which works for me because it is expensive so it will last longer this way.But really you use a small amount of product and it leaves your skin feeling so plump and lush. I personally love the smell. And it really is just a lovely experience. I feel like I'm spoiling myself everytime I use it.I really do love it. It was interesting how I first reacted but now I realise I love it and recommend everyone try a sample. See if it's for you.

I received a trial of this cleanser in the Beauty Loop 1 box and since the first day I tried it I noticed a difference in my skin. It is so incredible that I've started to not wear foundation everyday - and I have worn foundation everyday of my life (not kidding) for the last 10 years. My skin is clearer, brighter, smoother, not oily or dry, the list goes on and on. Thank you so much MECCA for putting this in the beauty loop box, because I never would have tried the product otherwise!The product I bought was actually the set which has the face mask, brightening moisturiser etc in it, but the cleanser is the best of the lot, and I will repurchase it in the largest size once I run out.

I got the eve lom cleanser sample in my Loop box and fell in love. I feel like it's a spa treatment in a bottle. I do the full routine as per the leaflet and I feel so blissed out after. I have always thought I had pretty good skin until I started using this regularly and now my skin is even better. I haven't had ANY breakouts since using it. My skin is softer, smoother and even the tone seems to have improved. I just admit I only use it 2-3 times per week but even that has made a difference. The price tag is honestly worth it. I know some people don't like the smell and texture but I like them.

My girlfriend was using it and I tried hers for about a week and loved it so much. Her skin felt like silk. Ive since purchased it but ended up not using it very much because of the process you have to go through. What I'm finding, when I do use it once every couple of weeks, is that I break out in small spots. Is that because my skins not used to it? If I use it 3 times a week like a good girl when I first got it, the little pimples came too. Its such a beautiful product I want to keep using it but I can't if these spots keep appearing. What's your advice?

I was very sceptical when I was recommended the Eve Lom cleanser however after 4 weeks of using this product only at night, it has completely changed my skin for the better! I was forever getting big sore pimples that would never seem to leave my face and this product has cleared it up. To say I am in love is an understatement. Tip: try the small travel jar first as the large container is quite expensive.

I bought this product after the zillions of rave reviews and cult following it has, and I was so disappointed. I just don’t get what the hype is about. It’s a super, SUPER thick / greasy / gritty paste (think Vaseline if you put it in the fridge). The smell is unremarkable. It is nice massaging it into your face, but again, it feels very thick and heavy. The biggest problem for me was removal - it does not come off / out of my skin easily with hot water and the muslin cloth. I have to really scrub and rinse and re-apply hot water 2-3 times before I feel like the thick greasiness is gone, then have to follow with a foaming wash in the shower to finally get rid of it.While it does leave my skin soft and clean after I eventually manage to get it all off, in my experience it was not worth the effort and the results were average. I will definitely not buy this again, especially given the hefty price tag.

I bought this awhile back along with the $15 muslin cloth based on the positive reviews online. I used it according to the instructions - lathering the balm with some warm water and onto my face then wiping it down with a warm muslin cloth. Within a couple of days, my skin broke out like I was a hormonal teenager. I never used it again after that and I didn't realize I could return the product so it became a very expensive paper weight. I used to never read the ingredient list and rely too much on reviews. I've just discovered that this has a few different oils which I've come to learn clogs my pores and make me break out bad. I would say if you have oilier skin (mine is combination), you should stay away.

I only bought this a week ago, and I’ve used it twice. It smells really bad with a strong fragrance that lingers on your face. Does it remove your makeup? Yes. Is it worth the price point? No. Is it an overrated product? Yes!

I bought the mini cleanser to see if this would work with my skin, I have combination skin erring on the oily side and am very breakout prone. It has a lovely smell and feels great on the skin but unfortunately it was a bit too gentle and didn’t assist with breakouts
