After struggling with irritation/dryness around my mouth and chin area- makeup wipes were way too drying and irritating. This cleansing balm has saved my skin. It cleanses and soothes my skin without irritating it, whilst also removing all traces of makeup. I bought the smaller tub but will definitely now purchase the bigger one

Purchased this a couple of months ago after reading some reviews and I am so glad I did! I use this cleanser nightly before bed and while it is a bit more time consuming, I don’t mind because my skin has definitely improved. The actual quality of my skin has greatly improved, it is much smoother, and much more radiant. My only negative would be that I have chronic small Whitehead’s on my forehead and occasionally have minor breakouts on my chin which I have been told is more than likely as a result of a dairy allergy and this cleanser hasn’t gotten rid of this completely unfortunately but I think it has helped reduce the breakouts on my chin. The price point is high but i think it’s worth it so I’ll definitely purchase again!

Heaven! No other word to describe this cleanser. Somehow, this cleanser manages to take all of the make-up and dirt from the day off my skin, leaving my skin feel so fresh, vibrant and clean, but without irritating my skin or drying it. As someone with sensitive skin, this cleanser is a dream! And I love the small ritual of applying it, warming the cloth, and massaging it - all in all, only takes 3 minutes, and it's such a lovely ritual at the end of the day. In love!

I fall in love with this cleanser after I bought the small one, and I went back to the store and get the big one.This cleanser is really good for cleanse all my makeup, and I really like to waste my time to massage it on my face. It felt fresh and so clean. Love the smell, not really strong. I recommended to my friend, and she also love it!!

I bought this product after the zillions of rave reviews and cult following it has, and I was so disappointed. I just don’t get what the hype is about. It’s a super, SUPER thick / greasy / gritty paste (think Vaseline if you put it in the fridge). The smell is unremarkable. It is nice massaging it into your face, but again, it feels very thick and heavy. The biggest problem for me was removal - it does not come off / out of my skin easily with hot water and the muslin cloth. I have to really scrub and rinse and re-apply hot water 2-3 times before I feel like the thick greasiness is gone, then have to follow with a foaming wash in the shower to finally get rid of it.While it does leave my skin soft and clean after I eventually manage to get it all off, in my experience it was not worth the effort and the results were average. I will definitely not buy this again, especially given the hefty price tag.

I bought this awhile back along with the $15 muslin cloth based on the positive reviews online. I used it according to the instructions - lathering the balm with some warm water and onto my face then wiping it down with a warm muslin cloth. Within a couple of days, my skin broke out like I was a hormonal teenager. I never used it again after that and I didn't realize I could return the product so it became a very expensive paper weight. I used to never read the ingredient list and rely too much on reviews. I've just discovered that this has a few different oils which I've come to learn clogs my pores and make me break out bad. I would say if you have oilier skin (mine is combination), you should stay away.

I only bought this a week ago, and I’ve used it twice. It smells really bad with a strong fragrance that lingers on your face. Does it remove your makeup? Yes. Is it worth the price point? No. Is it an overrated product? Yes!

I bought the mini cleanser to see if this would work with my skin, I have combination skin erring on the oily side and am very breakout prone. It has a lovely smell and feels great on the skin but unfortunately it was a bit too gentle and didn’t assist with breakouts
