I have repurchased this product again and again. It is amazing at removing make-up, even when I've gone all out on the eyes and always leaves my skin feeling hydrated, fresh and totally clean. I notice a real difference in my skin when I use this - less break outs, less dry patches, brighter complexion. Love it!

This cleanser is the best. I used to use Clarins cleansing milk, and this is somehow even better. It literally melts makeup off - even mascara - and is moisturising on the skin. I have combination skin and the oils in the cleanser don’t clog pores at all. It’s also good that you don’t have to apply it to damp skin.

I've been using this product for close to two years now and I don't think I'll be looking back anytime soon. I suffer from ridiculously sensitive skin as well as redness and breakouts and this product has done it's magic in rectifying my skin issues. Definitely worth giving a go!

Didn't really live up to the hype for me. But the texture of the cleanser if pretty soft and cool. This didn't really suit my skin and I got a few breakouts from it on my forehead; maybe a bit of a reaction to the ingredients.

I really don't understand the hype of this product? I bought it because of all the great reviews but I don't believe it's anything special and there are many other brands that do the same for cheaper. There are also so many steps to get the best result and it's difficult to do if time poor. I won't be repurchasing.

All in one facial cleaning blam you ever need!! You only need a bit amont of prodict, warm it between your finger amd massage to face!! It remove all trace of make up (well, not waterproof mascara tho), exfoliate, massage and hydrate the skin. I feel like I am in spa treatment everytimes I use it, totally love the smell and the feeling when massage product to the skin. My pimples don't irritate to the product at all, moreover it also help clearing out pimple as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Worth every penny, it removes make up and leaves my skin feeling like it does after a $150 facial. I use it once a day (at night). I saw a review about needing a lot of water to remove, only if you use too much, a little goes a long way. This is the best.

I bought several Eve Lom products after attending an in store event and this one didn't live up to my hopes. I love the idea of a skin are ritual including a face self-massage, but in reality I just don't have the patience to keep up with it. This product also left my skin feel is like it had some kind of residue after rinsing off.

I bought this product a year ago. It is known to be one of the best selling cleansers in the world. I have mixed feelings about it. First of all the smell is very potent and I find the scent really annoying. But I persevered and I love the way this cleanser performs. My skin feels clean, like super duper clean, but not stripped of moisture. my skin feels wonderful after i use this.my concern is the ingredients. It has mineral oil in it, and quite a bit I suspect due to it's placement on the ingredients list.not only is mineral oil a cheap product to use, which is annoying because of the price of the cleanser is a lot. But it is generally considered to be bad for the skin.

I like this cleanser quite a bit, but wouldn't repurchase as I think for the price there are many other comparable products with better ingredients that perform the same, if not better. Look into Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm if you like this - cheaper, smells better, better ingredients.

At first I wasn't sure, the consistency is so different to anything else I've used but after one week I was converted. I love the clean but hydrated/supple feel after use. I don't even bother trying other cleansers anymore, I absolutely love it and won't be changing. Eve Lom cleanser devotee! Highly recommend the facial massage techniques in the info leaflet and the muslin cloths (they're kind of essential). An added bonus is that it lasts a really long time, you don't need much product at all.
