Absolutely love this product and have been using it for a few years. Have combination skin and it’s so delicate and soft. The cleansing cloth that comes with it is great and really does the job, especially when trying to take off foundation. Bought the cleaner in a set for my mum and now she’s hooked!

pros: comes in smaller sizes so you can sample it, i love the ritual of using the muslin cloth to steam your face and then cool it off, works really well to remove make up and leaves my skin feeling noce.Cons: the smell, i dont think i will repurchase it because its an odd fragrance

This is hands down the best cleanser I have ever used in my life. It takes EVERYTHING OFF in ONE go! I don’t even have to use toner to get the last pesky residue of makeup off. Upon application the gel melts into the skin to become an oil, and the muslin cloth whisks everything off. No more disposable makeup remover pads required, which is nice for environment.

I’ve been purchasing the eve lom cleanser for the past 2 years. I use as my first cleanse at night and it deeply cleanses and melt away all traces of makeup. it’s super hydrating and smells divine. Your skin is left clean, calm and bright. A lot of people say, “oh yeah, it’s just a cleanser” any cheap cleanser will do the job but NO, making sure your skin is cleansed properly is one of the most important step in your skin care regimen. You only need a tiny bit, it last you for long. Highly recommend !

I heard so much about this cleanser and wanted to try something new from my usual routine. For the price, I expected it to smell glorious. The smell makes me want to vomit. If you've got a sensitive nose, maybe avoid this cleanser. As a cleanser, it works adequately but the smell is something I can't get passed.

I purchased this as a replacement for the Elemis Pro Collagen Balm as it was sold out. Given the amount of positive reviews I thought I would like it. Firstly the smell is awful. I get it has essential oils in it- but it literally smells like a compost bin. Getting past that, I find it doesn’t really apply smoothly and evenly on dry skin as directed. Upon taking it off, I feel like there’s not much difference in my skin. It does take off my makeup and I do like it comes with a muslin cloth. But I much prefer the Elemis balm hands down.

I have no complaints about the way the cleanser works, it's nice and leaves my skin feeling clean BUT the smell is so bad! It smells like off wine that's been left in the sun or the unfortunate smell of wine after a big night of drinking. These things don't normally bother me so I'm surprised more people haven't commented on it, my partner was gagging whilst I was washing my face..

I bought a sample of this to try after reading the outstanding reviews. I'm glad it's only the sample pot - it feels nice but the smell is SO off putting that I couldn't wait to get it off my face. It was the strongest stench I have ever smelled in a cleanser and it was just horrible. Again, felt really nice but I wouldn't buy the full size.

Excellent cleanser. Nice & light balm that removes makeup and cleans skin easily. So far no irritation on my sensitive skin 2 weeks use and no breakouts or issues. Very easy and nice to use with a great fresh smell.
