I have been using this cleanser for years on and off. A little goes a long way so no need to use a lot of product! There is a great video which shows how to use this cleanser correctly as at the start I was using it all wrong and hated it. It's actually a really nice cleanser. Melts easily and cleans well. The muslin cloth is beautiful to use. This product has a heavy eucalyptus scent so if not a fan, this might not be the product for you. I tend to use this cleanser in winter only due to it's scent and heavier consistency.

I love using this product particularly in the winter as I do tend to have slightly oily skin. It is a great first or second cleanse although I do feel like it leaves a little residue so given my oily skin I usually like to use something else for my second cleanse and use this as my first. I have now bought 3 x tubs over the years for my mother in law who says that this cleanser has changed her life - a great gift for the older lady in your life.

Tried some samples as I have very sensitive, dry and problematic skin. For this reason it’s also important to get makeup off (or even sunscreen) at the end of the day. I can’t tolerate a lot of make up removers, especially around my eyes. Found this cleanser to be so gentle yet effective. I don’t use it every day - only at night when I have worn make up during the day. I think if I used it every day it might be a bit harsh, but for what I do use it for, it is so fantastic, highly recommend.

I bought this product two months ago and have seen no difference in my skin. Due to the price I was expecting it to work wonders on my skin. It cleanses makeup and moisturises skin well but not to the quality reflecting through the brand and price of the product. I would not say that it worth the money nor is it that much better than my grocery store Cetaphil. Another thing to take into consideration is the bitter scent, some of the people I know love this smell but I do not. I will not be repurchasing.

I seem to be in the minority with my opinion on this product but it is without question the worst skin care/makeup product I’ve ever used. I used it for about a week and within a day or two I started to develop the most painful horrific cystic acne and little bumps all over my face. I suffer from the occasional hormonal breakout on my chin but never had anything even closely resembling what I suffered with this. I ended up seeing a doctor who told me to stop using immediately. The acne stopped appearing (new breakouts) but it took I’d say about 2 months to completely clear. I still have a scar from one of them. I didn’t use any other new products before during or after - only this and as soon as I stopped it my skin started improving. I wanted to love it due to all the great reviews but this was a massive fail for me. my racialist said mineral oil which is in this product can often have this affect on sensitive skin. So please be careful if your skin is even slightly sensitive.

I’ve tried to love this, but I just can’t. I bought it after reading the glowing reviews, but it just doesn’t work for me. It has a really strong smell which I don’t enjoy and I find it so oily that I definitely have to use another cleanser to get rid of the oily residue left on my skin. I also find my pores get even bigger with this! I was expecting a cleanser that was an all in one, but I could only ever see it as part one of a two step cleanse.

I was super excited to try this product and was expecting to love due to the reviews.It feels so luxurious while using it, it’s velvety and melts on to your skin and really does feel spa-like. But that’s where it ended for me. Within 2-3 washes my skin exploded into tiny bumps/ pimples ALL OVER my face. It was like a rash of pimples! I’m not prone to breaking out so I was horrified to say the least.I do tend to have sensitive skin sometimes, it’s not common but it does happen occasionally, so I’m guessing it just didn’t agree with me.
