As a treat, the gorgeous men in my life surprised me with Eve Lom cleanser for my birthday, a tip off from a friend. At 51, my skin hasn't been what it used to be, sometimes looking bit tired and lacking in elasticity and lustre. Thanks to Eve Lom that is no longer the case! I absolutely love it, and have just purchased another pot - it removes all make up and grime, leaving my skin feeling deeply nourished,plump and dewy. Its seriously made a noticeable difference . Viva Eve Lom!!!

I have spent years attempting to find a cleanser that worked for me, with minimal results - they have always been too harsh and drying, or caused me to break out, or both! After being recommended it by a wonderful Mecca employee at their James Street store, Eve Lom has been my absolute miracle cleanser. After the week long tester she gave me, I've been using it for about a month, and my skin has never been better. It keeps my skin hydrated and clear, and feels amazing. I think some people have complaints about the smell, but I actually really enjoy it. I bought the extra pack of cleansing muslins, but haven't ended up opening them - two is more than enough, even with washing them every day.

I've had this cleanser for 2 months now. It DOES tick most of the boxes for me, however it didn't exceed my expectations. For the price and copious rave reviews - I was kind of expecting more.Yes - It got rid of the tiny bumps under my skin.Yes - It did make my skin smoother.Yes - It did make me look slightly fresher.Yes - It did make my pores slightly smaller.Yes - It did make my foundation apply better on my face.Yes - A little does go a long way.So why am I still left disappointed?Upon first impressions this cleanser smells like a bad night of cheap tequila that I want to forget. However, you do get used to the smell.The muslin cloths were good - better than fingers - However I still preferred to use my clarasonic over the cloths. This cleanser is meant to replace your toner and moisturiser, which is great! I used Eve Lom Cleanser and continued with Dr Dennis gross wipes (cut in half). If I had to pick out of the 2 products which one had more benefit - I would say the wipes.So although this product is good - I was kind of expecting to have that natural glowing flawless skin - maybe my expectations were too high. I mayyyy come back to this, but I do believe there are cheaper alternatives that will provide the exact same result.

I bought this cleanser 6 weeks ago. It is amazing and I have had so many compliments on my skin. I have quite dry, dehydrated skin and in winter it gets particularly dry and quite dull but it is so much better with this cleanser. I also love the ritual of using the muslin cloth! My only suggestion is to start from the outside edges of your face and move into the centre (nose area) when massaging the product onto your face. I began starting around my nose and it got a little congested around the base of my nose because so much product was rubbed in. 10/10 product which I will definitely repurchase

Although I have not tried all the cleansers out there... I can say that this has been the best that I've tried. I've been using this cleanser for 2 months now, and normally I wouldn't write a review unless I absolutely loved the product. I swear by this cleanser and recommend all my friends to it, regardless of what skin type they are. My skin has changed its texture for the better. It's also a great product for those who are lazy with their skincare routine, because this is honestly, a cleanser, toner, moisturiser all in one. I always look forward to cleansing my face at night now, due to the fact that the whole process is so relaxing and rewarding. I am obsessed (can you tell?) Note: don't overuse this product! I've seen reviews where they say that it's made them break out or dried them out however it's because they're using it day & night. And in my experience, having dry skin, I only use it at night. If you have oily skin, I would suggest using it once a night every second night.

I was recommended this product after I started having some skin issues. I’ve always been lucky enough to have good skin, a bit dry but never break outs. All of a sudden I start to get very deep tiny lumps on my face, not quite pimples but just impurities. I have very sensitive skin and so am very wary of products but have this a try after it was recommended by the girl at the shop. It’s been phenomenal and I have just ordered my second bottle. Worth the dollars to treat your skin right.

Like Carrie seeing those shoes in SATC, I knew it was true love at first sight with this cleanser. My poor red dry skin has been transformed into not only human skin now, but silky. My father even asked me was I pregnant a week into using this as he said I was "glowing". Now if that's not a high recommendation I don't know what is! I love the process of applying this and taking time out to treat your skin everyday, so much so that I've ordered two backup jars!

I really regret this purchase.I've been using this cleanser every night for two weeks and have noticed no difference (and yes I've stuck to the tedious regime involved religiously).The main ingredient is liquid paraffin which pretty disappointing for such a pricey and over-hyped product.I don't even feel it being absorbed by my skin, and it just sits on the surface until you remove it.Really annoyed that I gave it a chance and didn't return it immediately for something beneficial.

I love a balm cleanser and have heard great things about this product. It worked well to remove impurities and makeup however, I can't get past the smell. It has an overpowering citrus / sweet smell that reminded me of a cocktail that lingers overnight. Yuck

I love trying a new cleanser and adding it to my twice daily skin care routine, especially if the cleanser is one that’s in all the fashion magazines and websites and blogs because everyone’s talking about it, raving about it, like this iconic Eve Lom cleanser.It’s supposed to be magic, radiant and glowing skin in a pretty little tub of gooey goodness with a facial cloth to make the cleansing experience even better. I couldn’t help myself I just had to see what everyone was talking about and try it for myself.The first thing I noticed was the extremely strong scent of eucalyptus which I was not a fan of, considering how sensitive and delicate my skin tends to be. I massaged a good dollop over my face, neck and décolletage and it was a lovely thick consistency but very rough and gritty, another thing that’s not great for my sensitive skin . I wiped it off gently with the dampened facial cloth and continued with the rest of my routine. I’m not a fan of this so called iconic cleanser and it’s certainly not going to replace my existing favourite cleanser any time soon. I noticed no significant difference to the tone or texture or radiance of my skin, probably because I only used it that one time and then gave it away. Pretty disappointed especially because of the steep price tag but I kept the matching facial cloth and use it with my usual cleanser and love it so it’s not all bad.
