This is hands down the BEST night-time cleanser for total makeup removal I have ever used. I can't fault it at all, the texture is amazing and it leaves your skin feeling exfoliated, yet hydrated and calmed without a sign of makeup left! It literally melts the makeup off!I have sensitive skin so I have never been able to find a cleanser that is gentle yet effectively removes makeup until I found this! This cleanser doesn't dry your skin out in the slightest. Although it is quite a pricey cleanser, a little goes a long way! I bought the smallest size and have been on the same tub for over 6 months now, using nightly so it's definitely well worth the upfront price you pay! Will definitely be purchasing again and again!

This has changed my sensitive and rosacea prone skin into skin which gets regular comments from friends for being smooth and glowing and in good condition. Doubles as a makeup remover too. Smells great, easy to use and cost effective as jar lasts and lasts. I want everyone to use it !!!!

I have super dry skin normally and get a facial once every 6 weeks to remove all the dead skin and plump up my skin. I bought this cleanser 2 weeks ago and won't look back! I used to wake up with flaky skin (esp. in the T-Zone) most mornings and now after using this cleanser before bed I wake up to a skin that is moisturised - so happy I ended up buying the day cleanser too!

I have been searching everywhere for a product like this. My skin had started to get irritated and red around my cheekbone area and no matter what product I bought, the redness just kept coming back. I thought I hit a goldmine when I used Chanticaille's formula that targeted red prone skin, but it took weeks of diligent application to show results. This took ONE cleanse and the irritation, puffiness and overall inflamed layer that had resided on my skin for months just subsided and I could finally feel my skin breathe again. It does take time to do the whole cleansing ritual, but you know what? When your complexion starts to even up and become more vibrant, it's worth it.

I got a sample of this in my beauty loop box and it was amazing! I recently bought the actual one in store after my sample ran out because I liked it so much. I have issues with dry skin and my make up will tend to cling to the dry spots. You only need this tiny pea sized amount to do your whole face and it gets off everything (!!!) but doesn’t leave my face feeling dry and overworked.

I got a sample of this to try in my Beauty Loop box and I liked it at first but it completely broke me out. I have dry / sensitive skin and NEVER get pimples but after 3 days of trying this I have 6 pimples in different areas of my face. Definitely recommend trying a sample before purchasing this, the muslin cloths seem a bit overrated too.

I’ve just bought a jar of Eve Lom cleanser and love it so much. I have sensitive skin that flushes quite easily, but find this cleanser to be gentle and calming but really affective. I love how you can also use it as an eye makeup remover. The best part is applying the heated damp muslin cloth to my face to remove the cleanser, this step really helps open my pores and remove any excess grime whilst giving me a lovely glow.

I have used about 3 tubs of this cleanser and I definitely won’t stop there. Since using this cleanser, I’ve found my skin to be soft, more hydrated and less breakouts. Other cleansers have left my skin so dry even with moisturiser and when I tried this it saved my life!

I received some in my beauty loop box. I gave it a whirl and the regret is real. Firstly, it smells so bad… followed by the fact it’s too thick. To top it off I woke up this morning covered in pimples, including on my neck which has NEVER happened. I rarely get even a pimple, let alone pimples all over my cheeks and neck. I’ll stick to GoTo.
