I've used this cleanser on and off over the years. Despite trying sooo many other cleansers, I always come back to this one. Initially your skin will feel supple an fresh but over time my skin loses its blotches, open pores and looks radiant.

This is the best cleanser I have ever used!! Feels amazingly soft when applying to the skin and the muslin cloth makes my skin feel so wonderfully soft and smooth after wiping away the cream. You can literally feel the difference in your skin straight away and it doesnt feel dry and tight either. Pretty expensive but definitely worth it for beautiful skin.

This is the first time I have tried a balm cleanser, I was having difficulty finding something that effectively removed my makeup (I wear a full face of make-up including foundation & SPF to work every day) without stripping my skin. I have sensitive-dry skin and foaming cleaners tend to leave my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable, which I hate, because I know there is damaged being caused to the top layer of my skin. This cleanser absolutely lives up to the hype and deserves its reputation as one of the best cleansers out there. It is a firm balm with a pleasant non-overpowering scent, and I find that a thumb print size scraping is all that is needed to do my entire face. The product is meant to be rubbed into dry skin to emulsify make-up and then removed using a wet muslin cloth. I do love this ritual, but I can sometimes be lazy on week nights! I rub this into my skin (including eye make-up) before I jump in the shower, and then just wash it off with the warm water before I do my second cleanse with Foreo or Clarisonic and that works a treat. I bought the 50ml which has lasted me ages, and when I repurchase I will definitely be getting the largest jar!

I love all The eve lom cleansers but this one especially. Double cleanse at night using just this, first to remove makeup and then I’ll pat dry my skin and use it as a second cleanse as well to really clean my skin. My skin has been so much nicer and smoother since using this and I alway have a back up jar.

I was recommended this product after I started having some skin issues. I’ve always been lucky enough to have good skin, a bit dry but never break outs. All of a sudden I start to get very deep tiny lumps on my face, not quite pimples but just impurities. I have very sensitive skin and so am very wary of products but have this a try after it was recommended by the girl at the shop. It’s been phenomenal and I have just ordered my second bottle. Worth the dollars to treat your skin right.

Like Carrie seeing those shoes in SATC, I knew it was true love at first sight with this cleanser. My poor red dry skin has been transformed into not only human skin now, but silky. My father even asked me was I pregnant a week into using this as he said I was "glowing". Now if that's not a high recommendation I don't know what is! I love the process of applying this and taking time out to treat your skin everyday, so much so that I've ordered two backup jars!

I really regret this purchase.I've been using this cleanser every night for two weeks and have noticed no difference (and yes I've stuck to the tedious regime involved religiously).The main ingredient is liquid paraffin which pretty disappointing for such a pricey and over-hyped product.I don't even feel it being absorbed by my skin, and it just sits on the surface until you remove it.Really annoyed that I gave it a chance and didn't return it immediately for something beneficial.

I love a balm cleanser and have heard great things about this product. It worked well to remove impurities and makeup however, I can't get past the smell. It has an overpowering citrus / sweet smell that reminded me of a cocktail that lingers overnight. Yuck

I love trying a new cleanser and adding it to my twice daily skin care routine, especially if the cleanser is one that’s in all the fashion magazines and websites and blogs because everyone’s talking about it, raving about it, like this iconic Eve Lom cleanser.It’s supposed to be magic, radiant and glowing skin in a pretty little tub of gooey goodness with a facial cloth to make the cleansing experience even better. I couldn’t help myself I just had to see what everyone was talking about and try it for myself.The first thing I noticed was the extremely strong scent of eucalyptus which I was not a fan of, considering how sensitive and delicate my skin tends to be. I massaged a good dollop over my face, neck and décolletage and it was a lovely thick consistency but very rough and gritty, another thing that’s not great for my sensitive skin . I wiped it off gently with the dampened facial cloth and continued with the rest of my routine. I’m not a fan of this so called iconic cleanser and it’s certainly not going to replace my existing favourite cleanser any time soon. I noticed no significant difference to the tone or texture or radiance of my skin, probably because I only used it that one time and then gave it away. Pretty disappointed especially because of the steep price tag but I kept the matching facial cloth and use it with my usual cleanser and love it so it’s not all bad.
