This cleanser makes my skin feel so clean and fresh. The unique way of rubbing the cleansing balm into your skin first feels like it melts all the dirt and impurities away whilst stimulating blood flow. I love the inclusion of the Muslim cloth to open pores and exfoliate without harsh abrasive micro-plastic beads.

I brought this around 3 weeks ago now, along with the mask and brightening creme to change up my whole skin care routine, as I had read the raving reviews and was needing something a little more. It had definitely done wonders for my skin, I have very read cheeks naturally and this a become a lot more even and less obvious, my hormonal breakouts have lessened and my skin feels amazingly smooth. The reasons I’m not giving it a 5 are: 1) I do find the time it takes to complete the whole process hard at times, but it works so I’m not changing that, I just wish it would be a simple wash and walk away, I’ll keep dreaming. 2) I don’t love the smell, but that’s just my own preference. It’s certainly not bad. 3) I went away for the weekend and forgot to take it with me, and found I woke up with 3 wee spots, even after giving my face a good clean before bed. So not a lasting fix to the spots by the seems of it. All and all, I’ll keep purchasing.

I know, I know, the price is such a setback but let me tell you that it's worth it! First of all, you literally feel like you're in a spa because of the application process. The application with the hot towels kind of put me off at first because of how time consuming it was, but I actually started loving it because it forces you to slow down and really indulge in the process. All about that self-love.Secondly, the actual formula is amazing. It's a thick paste which feels really luxe, and it leaves your skin feeling super calm, balanced, CLEAN and not red at all. For a second, everything is kind of right in the world, you know? Well, you will know. If you're a skincare junkie, this product is definitely a must-try. I've gone through two of these and will go through another!

I absolutely love this cleanser. I struggled to find a cleanser that removed Estée Lauder double wear and most cleansers would leave some residue but this leaves my skin spotless. Doesn’t leave me skin feeling dry or oily.

I have been using this cleanser for a couple of weeks and love using it and impressed with the results. The muslin cloth ritual ensures your face is beautifully clean.I have sensitive mature skin and have found my rosacea has disappeared since using this.

I got a sample of this in my beauty loop box and it was amazing! I recently bought the actual one in store after my sample ran out because I liked it so much. I have issues with dry skin and my make up will tend to cling to the dry spots. You only need this tiny pea sized amount to do your whole face and it gets off everything (!!!) but doesn’t leave my face feeling dry and overworked.

I got a sample of this to try in my Beauty Loop box and I liked it at first but it completely broke me out. I have dry / sensitive skin and NEVER get pimples but after 3 days of trying this I have 6 pimples in different areas of my face. Definitely recommend trying a sample before purchasing this, the muslin cloths seem a bit overrated too.

I’ve just bought a jar of Eve Lom cleanser and love it so much. I have sensitive skin that flushes quite easily, but find this cleanser to be gentle and calming but really affective. I love how you can also use it as an eye makeup remover. The best part is applying the heated damp muslin cloth to my face to remove the cleanser, this step really helps open my pores and remove any excess grime whilst giving me a lovely glow.

I have used about 3 tubs of this cleanser and I definitely won’t stop there. Since using this cleanser, I’ve found my skin to be soft, more hydrated and less breakouts. Other cleansers have left my skin so dry even with moisturiser and when I tried this it saved my life!

I received some in my beauty loop box. I gave it a whirl and the regret is real. Firstly, it smells so bad… followed by the fact it’s too thick. To top it off I woke up this morning covered in pimples, including on my neck which has NEVER happened. I rarely get even a pimple, let alone pimples all over my cheeks and neck. I’ll stick to GoTo.
