This cleanser has me hooked. I was initially overwhelmed by the number of steps enlisted in their little manual. after using it a couple of times I love how it makes my skin so hydrated and supple. It literally looks like I did a facial. I use it as a second cleanse when I use makeup. I scoop out some of the balm , warm it in my hand and massage onto my face. I then wipe it off with the Muslin cloth soaked in hot water. The smell took A little getting used to but it doesn't linger. My skin stays hydrated all day even if I skip the moisturizer! Now that's new for my dry skin .

Sensitivity
This cleanser is so lux and has really helped me mainten stasis in my touchy sensitive dry skin! I have been using for about 30 days and I now have a healthy glow pretty consistently which has upped my whole makeup game! Highly recommend! This was gifted to me for review but my thoughts and opinions are my own.

This is a reeaaaaally effective cleansing balm! It gets everything (makeup, spf) off. And I mean it all off. Just to note, the smell is HORRIBLE, like a garlic-honey mixture, but really OVERPOWERING. I think the essential oil blend in here is also not suitable for my skin as the next morning I had some spots and bumps show up on my face. Thankfully I only had a sample pot, I’d recommend getting a sample from your local Mecca before buying a tub.

I was recommended this product after I started having some skin issues. I’ve always been lucky enough to have good skin, a bit dry but never break outs. All of a sudden I start to get very deep tiny lumps on my face, not quite pimples but just impurities. I have very sensitive skin and so am very wary of products but have this a try after it was recommended by the girl at the shop. It’s been phenomenal and I have just ordered my second bottle. Worth the dollars to treat your skin right.

Like Carrie seeing those shoes in SATC, I knew it was true love at first sight with this cleanser. My poor red dry skin has been transformed into not only human skin now, but silky. My father even asked me was I pregnant a week into using this as he said I was "glowing". Now if that's not a high recommendation I don't know what is! I love the process of applying this and taking time out to treat your skin everyday, so much so that I've ordered two backup jars!

I really regret this purchase.I've been using this cleanser every night for two weeks and have noticed no difference (and yes I've stuck to the tedious regime involved religiously).The main ingredient is liquid paraffin which pretty disappointing for such a pricey and over-hyped product.I don't even feel it being absorbed by my skin, and it just sits on the surface until you remove it.Really annoyed that I gave it a chance and didn't return it immediately for something beneficial.

I love a balm cleanser and have heard great things about this product. It worked well to remove impurities and makeup however, I can't get past the smell. It has an overpowering citrus / sweet smell that reminded me of a cocktail that lingers overnight. Yuck

I love trying a new cleanser and adding it to my twice daily skin care routine, especially if the cleanser is one that’s in all the fashion magazines and websites and blogs because everyone’s talking about it, raving about it, like this iconic Eve Lom cleanser.It’s supposed to be magic, radiant and glowing skin in a pretty little tub of gooey goodness with a facial cloth to make the cleansing experience even better. I couldn’t help myself I just had to see what everyone was talking about and try it for myself.The first thing I noticed was the extremely strong scent of eucalyptus which I was not a fan of, considering how sensitive and delicate my skin tends to be. I massaged a good dollop over my face, neck and décolletage and it was a lovely thick consistency but very rough and gritty, another thing that’s not great for my sensitive skin . I wiped it off gently with the dampened facial cloth and continued with the rest of my routine. I’m not a fan of this so called iconic cleanser and it’s certainly not going to replace my existing favourite cleanser any time soon. I noticed no significant difference to the tone or texture or radiance of my skin, probably because I only used it that one time and then gave it away. Pretty disappointed especially because of the steep price tag but I kept the matching facial cloth and use it with my usual cleanser and love it so it’s not all bad.
