I love this cleanser, it is so smooth and silky to use. Removes makeup easily, leaves skin soft and clean but doesn't feel stripped. I often double cleanse, but don't feel the need with this cleanser. Only problem I had was that the first bottle I purchased was rancid!

This product was recommended to me as I have never really brought good/expensive skincare before and was using a supermarket cleanser that seemed to make my skin squeaky clean but was probably full of chemicals. The eve lom cleanser makes my skin feel so soft and I never have to use harsh scrubs as this does the job on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this to my friends...

I gave this product a second go after not being a fan when it first came out. I use the original cleansing balm and for years the morning cleanser until it was sadly discontinued. Second time around, now not comparing it to its predecessor, it is a lovely cleanser leaves skin clean but not stripped or tight, it stings the eyes a little if removing eye makeup.My go to morning cleanser now, highly recommended

I made the switch to the Eve Lom gel balm cleanser after receiving a sample of the Eve Lom cleanser from my best friend. I loved the cleanser but couldn't make the cloth ritual work with my daily showers. I've found the gel balm cleanser just as effective but more convenient for my routine. The initial reason I tried the Eve Lom cleanser + gel balm cleanser was because another reviewer reported it removed their tiny under-skin bumps, which also happily happened to me. I also no longer have the tight-dry-skin feeling after cleansing that I assumed was the only way to feel after washing your face. I've been using it for nearly a year and won't look back.

I got a sample of this in my beauty loop box and it was amazing! I recently bought the actual one in store after my sample ran out because I liked it so much. I have issues with dry skin and my make up will tend to cling to the dry spots. You only need this tiny pea sized amount to do your whole face and it gets off everything (!!!) but doesn’t leave my face feeling dry and overworked.

I got a sample of this to try in my Beauty Loop box and I liked it at first but it completely broke me out. I have dry / sensitive skin and NEVER get pimples but after 3 days of trying this I have 6 pimples in different areas of my face. Definitely recommend trying a sample before purchasing this, the muslin cloths seem a bit overrated too.

I’ve just bought a jar of Eve Lom cleanser and love it so much. I have sensitive skin that flushes quite easily, but find this cleanser to be gentle and calming but really affective. I love how you can also use it as an eye makeup remover. The best part is applying the heated damp muslin cloth to my face to remove the cleanser, this step really helps open my pores and remove any excess grime whilst giving me a lovely glow.

I have used about 3 tubs of this cleanser and I definitely won’t stop there. Since using this cleanser, I’ve found my skin to be soft, more hydrated and less breakouts. Other cleansers have left my skin so dry even with moisturiser and when I tried this it saved my life!

I received some in my beauty loop box. I gave it a whirl and the regret is real. Firstly, it smells so bad… followed by the fact it’s too thick. To top it off I woke up this morning covered in pimples, including on my neck which has NEVER happened. I rarely get even a pimple, let alone pimples all over my cheeks and neck. I’ll stick to GoTo.
