Amazing! It smells great and the texture feels gorgeous...not oily, not dry. It glides on and removes all my makeup, even waterproof mascara. I have sensitive eyes and this doesn't irritate. My skin feels soft and smooth after use.

This product is heavenly. It melts make up and leaves the skin feeling very soft and clean. The supplied muslin face cloth gives a gentle exfoliation and I feel as though I am having a mini facial every evening when I remove my make up.

This would have to be the best cleanser I have ever used.As you rub it onto your face, the wax like cleanser melts under your finger tips hydrating as it cleanses. It takes a bit of effort to rub, massage and wipe your skin clean with the muslin cloth but it is all worth it as your skin looks and feels like you have jsut had a facial. Love it!!!

Its a big claim but for me its true. This is my third repeat purchase of this cleanser. I really enjoy the ritual of using this daily and take the time to use the product how it is meant to be. For girls and guys who like to just wash on and off this is not the cleanser for you. For my dry areas it keeps it hydrated and soft, I have minimal breakouts when using this and my skin just feels better. Ive been tempted and have tried others like Kate Somerville range but just keep coming back to this as it is great for my skin.

Thick, soft and moist substance-a truly devine paste that leaves your skin gloriously clean. Used with the little muslin cloths to leave skin glowing like a baby's bottom. Worth every penny

I find cream cleansers on a cotton pad are too irritating and time consuming, foaming cleansers feel lovely and fresh but one swipe with a baby-wipe shows how ineffective they are at removing foundation. So I tried a sample of Eve Lom cleanser and loved it. What I especially love is the way I can rub it all over my face with my fingers and magically the make up just...well...dissolves. I wear fairly heavy eye make up... liquid eyeliner, shadow that's been fixed with primer and generous lashings of mascara (not waterproof BTW). The packaging outlines a fairly rigid ritual to follow but I've found it to be much more forgiving than the instructions would have you believe. Alternative ways to use it such as applying the cleanser then taking it off in the shower with the muslin cloth feels lovely. As does letting it work it's magic whilst I prepare next days lunch works a treat too. The muslin cloth is essential. A brilliant example of a simple quality product that delivers a great result. Glowy, soft skin that is so receptive to absorbing the other products in my skin care routine.I just wish it provided a scoop/spatula. It's not a deal-breaker, given the results it achieves, so I've provided my own.

Sensitivity

I was recommended this product after I started having some skin issues. I’ve always been lucky enough to have good skin, a bit dry but never break outs. All of a sudden I start to get very deep tiny lumps on my face, not quite pimples but just impurities. I have very sensitive skin and so am very wary of products but have this a try after it was recommended by the girl at the shop. It’s been phenomenal and I have just ordered my second bottle. Worth the dollars to treat your skin right.

Like Carrie seeing those shoes in SATC, I knew it was true love at first sight with this cleanser. My poor red dry skin has been transformed into not only human skin now, but silky. My father even asked me was I pregnant a week into using this as he said I was "glowing". Now if that's not a high recommendation I don't know what is! I love the process of applying this and taking time out to treat your skin everyday, so much so that I've ordered two backup jars!

I really regret this purchase.I've been using this cleanser every night for two weeks and have noticed no difference (and yes I've stuck to the tedious regime involved religiously). The main ingredient is liquid paraffin which pretty disappointing for such a pricey and over-hyped product.I don't even feel it being absorbed by my skin, and it just sits on the surface until you remove it.Really annoyed that I gave it a chance and didn't return it immediately for something beneficial.

I love a balm cleanser and have heard great things about this product. It worked well to remove impurities and makeup however, I can't get past the smell. It has an overpowering citrus / sweet smell that reminded me of a cocktail that lingers overnight. Yuck

I love trying a new cleanser and adding it to my twice daily skin care routine, especially if the cleanser is one that’s in all the fashion magazines and websites and blogs because everyone’s talking about it, raving about it, like this iconic Eve Lom cleanser. It’s supposed to be magic, radiant and glowing skin in a pretty little tub of gooey goodness with a facial cloth to make the cleansing experience even better. I couldn’t help myself I just had to see what everyone was talking about and try it for myself. The first thing I noticed was the extremely strong scent of eucalyptus which I was not a fan of, considering how sensitive and delicate my skin tends to be. I massaged a good dollop over my face, neck and décolletage and it was a lovely thick consistency but very rough and gritty, another thing that’s not great for my sensitive skin . I wiped it off gently with the dampened facial cloth and continued with the rest of my routine. I’m not a fan of this so called iconic cleanser and it’s certainly not going to replace my existing favourite cleanser any time soon. I noticed no significant difference to the tone or texture or radiance of my skin, probably because I only used it that one time and then gave it away. Pretty disappointed especially because of the steep price tag but I kept the matching facial cloth and use it with my usual cleanser and love it so it’s not all bad.
