I had an in store facial at Mecca a month ago and was introduced to this amazing cleanser. I have been using it at home ever since and my skin has never been softer. It doubles as a gentle exfoliate so saves that extra step as well!

This cleanser is the best!!! I'm not sure how applying such a small amount of product can remove all the heavy foundation, eye make up and long wearing lipstick but this little bit of magic does it so well and my skin feels so wonderful after.This is super easy to use and being time poor (aka lazy) this is perfect for me. I massage a little bit (about the size of a pea) on my face while the shower is heating up and rinse off with the supplied muselin cloth when I jump in the shower. Done...... as easy as that and no panda eyes afterwards. Every bit of make up is gone and my skin feels great. I have found with a lot of cleansers I feel like to you need to cleanse again after but not with this which means that I am actually saving money in the long run.I am also a fan of the Philospohy cleanser but my Eve Lom cleanser seems to remove the make up better for me when I am wearing really heavy makeup and I love the consistency for travelling and wont have to worry about leaks anymore yay.

Most expensive cleanser I've bought - but the 100ml jar lasted me around 9 months. You don't need to use too much for it to work a treat!. Best used with the cloth on dry skin. I melt it off with warm water and the soft use of the cloth - it takes off my waterproof makeup with ease. It has a mild exfoliation, is soft on my skin and leaves my skin clean. One of the few products that totally owns it's 'best cleanser' tag.

Admittedly when I ran out of my last pot of Eve Lom Cleanser I was hesitant to repurchase (purely on the basis of price point; it's not cheap!). Being the frugal woman I am, I decided to try the brand in the purple pot and boy was I disappointed! Not only because it was ordinary, but because I was stuck with this product for another six months. *sigh* While it did the job of cleansing and removing make up, it didn't leave my complexion glowing or feeling smooth... it was just, well, adequate I spose.Enter Eve Lom and her awesome-sauce cleanser!Let me just say, there are some things in life that are worth the hype (and price tag!) and this is most certainly one of them. You really do get what you pay for and, in this case, your skin will be left nourished, clean and glowing skin. It'll leave you longing for your evening cleansing routine!This cleanser smells delightful, nourishes the skin and is my holy grail. I'll never look for a suitable dupe again because let me tell you now, good luck finding one. Ladies, this product is the bees!

I bought the small travel size to test this product out and lucky i did. The smell made me feel sick. I used it a few times and i liked the cleanser itself however unfortunately i can't get past the smell. It is really strong and stinks. I gave it to someone else to use and they too couldn't use it due to the smell.

This cleanser doesn’t offer as deep a clean as I personally would like, it leaves a bit of residue. It is beautiful on the skin though. I think I may go back to the bare minerals oil cleanser or omorovicza cleanser.

Ive heard alot about Eve Lom and how great her stuff is but as usual couldn't get it here in Australia. Lo and behold it arrives and at Mecca no less.This is the BEST cleanser on the market and I have tried heaps. It takes off EVERYTHING, and I mean everything and it exfoliates as well. Which for me is an added bonus. After you have cleansed your skin feels so smooth and soft that at times I have forgotten to use moisturiser after cleansing and have gone to bed without my night cream. And truthfully it hasn't been missed. Go and get yourself a tub now you won't be sorry!

I am a massive fan of cleansing balms and this is one of the first I used. The product cleanses well and leaves skin feeling soft and supple (when removed correctly with a muslin cloth). I love the smell, texture and melt-ability of the product but with all these positives the use of mineral oil in such an expensive product downgrades this cleansing balm to only 3 stars for me as Mecca offers multiple mineral oil free cleansing balm alternatives!xo

This product has a horrible pasty texture and doesn't emulsify properly. It didn't remove my non-water proofing make up. I don't recommend this at all. Tatcha and Omorovicza are much better in texture amen effectiveness!

I am a huge huge fan of this cleanser!! It's not cheap but it lasts ages as a little goes a long way. Consider it an investment for your skin!! For my work I have to wear a full face of makeup and even the smallest amount removes everything. I'll wipe my face dry on a towel and there'll be none of that beige makeup residue like I get with many other cleansers - I don't even have to double cleanse!! Although the balm-like texture is very rich and moisturising, it doesn't clog your pores IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKAGING (i.e. use the cloth to open pores with hot water/steam and close pores at the end by rinsing your face with cold water). It will work for any and every skin type and maturity if you follow the cleansing steps. I sometimes get a few hormonal blemishes and this cleanser doesn't exacerbate them at all, if not reduces them as my pores are getting such a deep and thorough clean. Also leaves my skin feeling super soft, not oily and clogged. All in all, LOVE this product!!! And those I know who didn't as much, didn't follow the steps properly so in my opinion, doing so is just as important as the cleanser itself!!!!!
