This beautiful cleanser takes all my makeup off and leaves my skin feeling smooth and well hydrated. The muslin cloth detoxifies & lightly exfoliates the skin and in only 3 weeks I have noticed my complexion to be clear, smooth and toned. The aromatic oils make it feel like Ive just had a facial.

I had jumped back and forth between make up houses trying to find a 3 step program that I would actually stick to, even at the end of a long night whether that be from work or play. The truth was none of them worked for me because they required too much admin, this is a one step wonder that feels as luxurious as the big make up house products and yet is simple enough to throw in an overnight camping bag.This one product is now my make up remover, cleanser, toner, exfoliator and moisturizer and I haven't gone a day without using it since I bought it.

Having used this cleanser for well over 10 years I would never use any other cleanser on my face !The combination of the amazing ingredients in the cleanser Plus the gentle exfoliation of the muslin cloth (provided) leave your skin glowing!The beauty of this formula is that it leaves your skin feeling thoroughly cleansed without feeling 'stripped' of it's own natural moisture and oils.I have recommended this product to many friends and they are all as devoted users as myself now, and rave about how much it has improved their skin.

Eve Lom has it bang on with her continued focus on cleansing. There is a reason this product has been around for so long. The first step to anyone's skin routine should always be to cleanse, and it's the foundation upon which beautiful skin is built. I don't find that I need to use this every night to achieve beautiful skin, and quite often you won't need to the morning after you use it either. Really shows you that it's the quality and time you spend cleansing, not the amount of cleansing you do, that makes a difference.I was dubious that one product could work for all skin types, but it's become obvious that this cleanser balances the skin, rather than add more or take away.Skin is soft, balanced, and glowing, always blemish free.

I have been using this product for over a year now, and I am still amazed at how fantastic this product is. Every day when I have finished the "mini facial" (but very quick) routine my skin feels so fresh and rejuvenated. Definately a Desert Island must-have!

I absolutely love this product! It's very gentle on the skin and natural which I love. My skin feels like I've just come out of a day spa after I've used this cleaner. You can feel the amazing clean going deep into the pores and you feel so refreshed afterwards! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

I bought the small travel size to test this product out and lucky i did. The smell made me feel sick. I used it a few times and i liked the cleanser itself however unfortunately i can't get past the smell. It is really strong and stinks. I gave it to someone else to use and they too couldn't use it due to the smell.

This cleanser doesn’t offer as deep a clean as I personally would like, it leaves a bit of residue. It is beautiful on the skin though. I think I may go back to the bare minerals oil cleanser or omorovicza cleanser.

Ive heard alot about Eve Lom and how great her stuff is but as usual couldn't get it here in Australia. Lo and behold it arrives and at Mecca no less.This is the BEST cleanser on the market and I have tried heaps. It takes off EVERYTHING, and I mean everything and it exfoliates as well. Which for me is an added bonus. After you have cleansed your skin feels so smooth and soft that at times I have forgotten to use moisturiser after cleansing and have gone to bed without my night cream. And truthfully it hasn't been missed. Go and get yourself a tub now you won't be sorry!

I am a massive fan of cleansing balms and this is one of the first I used. The product cleanses well and leaves skin feeling soft and supple (when removed correctly with a muslin cloth). I love the smell, texture and melt-ability of the product but with all these positives the use of mineral oil in such an expensive product downgrades this cleansing balm to only 3 stars for me as Mecca offers multiple mineral oil free cleansing balm alternatives!xo

This product has a horrible pasty texture and doesn't emulsify properly. It didn't remove my non-water proofing make up. I don't recommend this at all. Tatcha and Omorovicza are much better in texture amen effectiveness!

I am a huge huge fan of this cleanser!! It's not cheap but it lasts ages as a little goes a long way. Consider it an investment for your skin!! For my work I have to wear a full face of makeup and even the smallest amount removes everything. I'll wipe my face dry on a towel and there'll be none of that beige makeup residue like I get with many other cleansers - I don't even have to double cleanse!! Although the balm-like texture is very rich and moisturising, it doesn't clog your pores IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKAGING (i.e. use the cloth to open pores with hot water/steam and close pores at the end by rinsing your face with cold water). It will work for any and every skin type and maturity if you follow the cleansing steps. I sometimes get a few hormonal blemishes and this cleanser doesn't exacerbate them at all, if not reduces them as my pores are getting such a deep and thorough clean. Also leaves my skin feeling super soft, not oily and clogged. All in all, LOVE this product!!! And those I know who didn't as much, didn't follow the steps properly so in my opinion, doing so is just as important as the cleanser itself!!!!!
