Love this cleanser. It makes my face feel clean and soft. I have sensitive skin and this is non-drying and non-irritating. I highly recommend and will continue to purchase

I've never struggled with acne, but I've had constant issues with clogged pores and build-up since high school. This cleanser was life changing!! I still have problem areas, but my skin has never looked better! I've also noticed that the redness around my cheeks and nose has lessened significantly and my whole face has gone frome dull and textured to soft and dewy. My jaw and temples still have some congestion, but it's half as noticeable. I have very sensitive skin and this didn't irritate it at all, so don't be scared of the acids!

Ok so I have really tricky skin. It's sensitive, it's rosacea prone, it's dry, it's sore... Which essentially means a lot of products don't work and will aggravate my skin to break out even more, adding to the red spots that are left behind. I was starting to get a bit down about my scarred complexion, and on searching and searching for an answer this came up. I've been using it for about a month now, and I'm pleased to say it's a doing wonders. - Sensitive skin is soothed - Scars are fading away more everyday - Breakouts are being managed delightfully - Skin is a little dry, but I just make sure to follow up with a very thick cream & sun cream and I'm good So if you have any of the same issues then this is a no brainer. Thank you Glossier for making such an incredible product!

So, obviously, everyone's skin is so different and the way that this product works for me may not be how it works for everyone. I'm having my skin treated by a dermatologist and she deemed my skin as "very tricky to treat". I have an oily t-zone, dryness around my jawline and hairline, slight signs of aging, and rosacea. In addition to cleanser concentrate, I wash my face with sulphur sulfacetamide and apply adapalene gel for rosacea and anti-aging in the evenings (which are medically prescribed). Before using cleanser concentrate, I was using First Aid Beauty's gentle cream cleanser. It was really great in a lot of ways, but I still dealt with some acne bumps and skin texture issues. Since switching to cleaner concentrate, a lot of my acne bumps have cleared up and my skin is smoother, glowy, and glassier, even without makeup. I've noticed that it is helpful to allow my skin to air dry or to pat my face dry with a clean towel after washing my face (don't rub your face), and I do not use a mechanical exfoliator since ACA is a chemical exfoliant. If you have sensitive skin like I do, I found it was helpful to begin by using cleanser concentrate once per day and then increasing to two times daily over time as my skin adjusted to the chemical exfoliant. Again, everyone's skin is very different, so I think when used with care, this product will work well for people with combination-oily or oily skin, and it worked very well for me.

What I like the most about this product is how a little bit goes a long way! It feels very healthy when applied. It cleanses my skin very well without leaving it dry. It has even improved acne dark spots. I will buy it again and recommend it.

This cleanser has changed the game for my face. Seriously. I used to get hormonal acne and it was so frustrating!!! But now I have no blemishes in sight! I bought this cleanser a little over a month ago and SLOWLY integrated it into my routine. This cleanser is indeed concentrated and does exfoliate, so I used it every other day in the evenings for the first week, and then slowly moved to using it every evening. My skins texture has drastically improved, my acne scars are slowly vanishing and I’m sold. Make sure you use a good hydrating moisturizer because again, emphasis on CONCENTRATED.

So I've been using this cleanser for 2 months now, and I have had very underwhelming results. It's not as nourishing as I had hoped, in fact, it isn't nourishing at all. After rinsing, my skin feels terribly dried out and even flakey, particularly on my cheeks. I've had zero improvement with my acne-- my complexion is just dull and dried out now. The jelly cleanser seems like it's doing nothing to help. It's not even an adequate makeup remover, so I'm not sure what purpose it serves. It's a worthless product and a waste of time.

I think about the few days I spent with this face wash often. The first time I used it, it felt SO good. It rinsed off efficiently without leaving me feeling scrubbed, and left my face incredibly soft and glowy. My redness temporarily went down and I looked super smoothed out. Amazing. Unfortunately over the next few days I developed the same irritation a lot of reviewers have talked about -- intense redness, dryness, and small bumps popping up everywhere. I have rosacea subtype 2 and I've done a TON of work to resolve my redness and textural issues. So, I know exactly what caused this particular irritation for me: rose water. I knew going into this that I was taking a chance with the rose water because last time I put it on my face I had this exact reaction. But that had been a very strong toner, not a wash. I figured this might be gentler because there are calming ingredients in this. Indeed, my reaction to this wash wasn't half as bad as the first rose water experiment. With some anti-inflammatory treatment it went away in a few days and I was left dry and flaky with a slight burning feeling, like a sunburn (common with rosacea). Please help me with my sensitive skin FOMO and make a face wash without rosewater. Clearly other people are reacting to it, too. Maybe honey or aloe instead?

So let me just say I have cystic acne and extremely sensitive skin (what appears to be papular rosacea). A lot of my friends have recommended this product because of how soothing it was, comparing it to the First Aid Beauty Cleanser (my go-to). So I get the product, take off my makeup with micellar water, and apply this to my damp skin. The actual face washing experience was AMAZING: nice light scent, smooth texture, rinsed off easily and left my face feeling the most hydrated it has ever been after washing. So I applied my moisturizer and prayed for the other shoe to not drop. Unfortunately, it did. I started getting a slow-burning sensation along with some itchiness and heat. Went to go look in the mirror, and of course, the papular rosacea style redness and bumps occurred. Luckily it was nothing a quick cleanse, Benadryl, and ice cube couldn't fix. While it didn't work for me, I would recommend it to people without sensitive skin.

The cleanser is light and gentle and smells lovely, but every time I use it - and I have rosacea - it leaves my face looking red and I get these strange, sore and fluid filled spots. Something in the formulation is causing my skin to react - I would not recommend if you have rosacea or sensitive skin...

I have very sensitive skin, and based on the reviews this sounded like a good and gentle cleanser for my skin type, but it dried my skin out and irritated it. It made my rosacea flare up and my forehead feels very dry even though my nose and forehead tend to be more oily than the rest of my face. The consistency is nice and the smell isn’t overwhelming, but it is not good for my skin.

I tried this in conjunction with the Solution, and it left me with more acne than I started with. My cheeks were left with a dozen tiny bumps that lasted weeks. I have very stubborn skin, so this might have worked for someone with a different skin type. It's very gentle and I like the scent, but I don't like how my skin reacted to it.
