Pleasantly surprised out how well it clears up and brightens my skin. I'm a college student and stress acne is a concern, and this product keeps it at bay. Bought this on a whim and was not expecting much, if I'm being honest.

I've struggled with adult acne for years, and nothing ever helped. I tried this on a whim and within a week my skin started to clear up. Within a month, it was completely clear, and within a couple of months all of the old acne marks were gone. I have sensitive skin and this doesn't dry it out or cause redness or any irritation. I can confidently go without makeup for the first time in my life.... please don't ever stop making this stuff!

Dullness
Age 17-24
So I've been using this cleanser for 2 months now, and I have had very underwhelming results. It's not as nourishing as I had hoped, in fact, it isn't nourishing at all. After rinsing, my skin feels terribly dried out and even flakey, particularly on my cheeks. I've had zero improvement with my acne-- my complexion is just dull and dried out now. The jelly cleanser seems like it's doing nothing to help. It's not even an adequate makeup remover, so I'm not sure what purpose it serves. It's a worthless product and a waste of time.

Rosacea
Age 25-30
I think about the few days I spent with this face wash often. The first time I used it, it felt SO good. It rinsed off efficiently without leaving me feeling scrubbed, and left my face incredibly soft and glowy. My redness temporarily went down and I looked super smoothed out. Amazing. Unfortunately over the next few days I developed the same irritation a lot of reviewers have talked about -- intense redness, dryness, and small bumps popping up everywhere. I have rosacea subtype 2 and I've done a TON of work to resolve my redness and textural issues. So, I know exactly what caused this particular irritation for me: rose water. I knew going into this that I was taking a chance with the rose water because last time I put it on my face I had this exact reaction. But that had been a very strong toner, not a wash. I figured this might be gentler because there are calming ingredients in this. Indeed, my reaction to this wash wasn't half as bad as the first rose water experiment. With some anti-inflammatory treatment it went away in a few days and I was left dry and flaky with a slight burning feeling, like a sunburn (common with rosacea). Please help me with my sensitive skin FOMO and make a face wash without rosewater. Clearly other people are reacting to it, too. Maybe honey or aloe instead?

Rosacea

So let me just say I have cystic acne and extremely sensitive skin (what appears to be papular rosacea). A lot of my friends have recommended this product because of how soothing it was, comparing it to the First Aid Beauty Cleanser (my go-to). So I get the product, take off my makeup with micellar water, and apply this to my damp skin. The actual face washing experience was AMAZING: nice light scent, smooth texture, rinsed off easily and left my face feeling the most hydrated it has ever been after washing. So I applied my moisturizer and prayed for the other shoe to not drop. Unfortunately, it did. I started getting a slow-burning sensation along with some itchiness and heat. Went to go look in the mirror, and of course, the papular rosacea style redness and bumps occurred. Luckily it was nothing a quick cleanse, Benadryl, and ice cube couldn't fix. While it didn't work for me, I would recommend it to people without sensitive skin.

The cleanser is light and gentle and smells lovely, but every time I use it - and I have rosacea - it leaves my face looking red and I get these strange, sore and fluid filled spots. Something in the formulation is causing my skin to react - I would not recommend if you have rosacea or sensitive skin...

I have very sensitive skin, and based on the reviews this sounded like a good and gentle cleanser for my skin type, but it dried my skin out and irritated it. It made my rosacea flare up and my forehead feels very dry even though my nose and forehead tend to be more oily than the rest of my face. The consistency is nice and the smell isn’t overwhelming, but it is not good for my skin.

I tried this in conjunction with the Solution, and it left me with more acne than I started with. My cheeks were left with a dozen tiny bumps that lasted weeks. I have very stubborn skin, so this might have worked for someone with a different skin type. It's very gentle and I like the scent, but I don't like how my skin reacted to it.
