This product is ok. Definitely not the jelly magic power of Milk jelly. I have sensitive combination skin so the fact that this didn’t cause any break outs when I started use was impressive. However, it doesn’t seem to really help clear or prevent my breakouts. One thing that drives me crazy about the design is the nozzle/dispenser top. The tip of the dispenser is too short for the runny consistency of the product so it gets all over my hands AND the top of the bottle. Messy.

I love this cleanser. It caused me no sensitivity and helped my summery oily skin feel clean and refreshed without drying it out. Truly a perfect product.

A great cleanser that foams while using, not overly drying and good for sensitive skin

Good cleanser that I use at night given that it has AHA/BHA. My skin definitely looks less dull and more even in the three weeks I have used it. My other friends with sensitive skin have found it too harsh, so I would recommend first starting out using it once or twice a week to see if it works for you.

I'm 42. My skin has always seemed dull, and tired looking. I am very fair, and every little impurity shows. I've only used the face wash for a week, but my skin looks so much better. I pair it with the recommended serum. My new co worker refused to believe I was 42.

I have a regimen that mostly keeps the acne at bay but I have bad skin texture and have been looking for a gentle exfoliator, as I also have sensitive/dry skin. I have only been using it for a few days but I can honestly already tell a huge difference in my skin. I don't use any other exfoliators and this is all I need to wash away dead skin and get a deep cleanse. It is deeply cleansing, but still gentle enough for someone with sensitive skin like mine. It does leave my skin a little red and tight initially, but I follow up with an essence and a rich moisturizer and my skin instantly feels better and bounces back. By morning, all the redness is gone, my skin is smooth and my pores are much smaller. Another unexpected benefit of this cleanser is that my acne scars/hyperpigmentation seem to have improved, probably due to the niacinamide.

Rosacea
Age 17-24
It's the same texture as Spectro Jel which is only available in Canada. Why the heck is there Comfrey extract??? That is SOOO sensitizing! Take out the nonsense and leave it UNSCENTED. All one needs is the cleansing ingredients. I and many others get RASHES from that ingredient. I got the worst rosacea flare up ever. Back to La Roche Posay Rosalic which by the way does the same thing this does and has almost the same ingredients...but it doesn't cause my eyes to burn. Take out the extracts please. They are NOT needed.

Rosacea
I purchased this cleanser because of the growing cult following with high high hopes. [I have severely dry, sensitive skin with rosacea] The cleanser is very mild, never once aggravated my rosacea, so it is very compatible with sensitive skin. A major downfall, however, is my skin never really felt clean. It doesn't really clean makeup that well [eye or face], and even as a second cleanser after an oil cleanser, my face didn't feel all that clean. It leaves a slight residual film similar to oil cleansers but less luxuriant. The cleanser also smells a bit like plastic. Overall, the cleanser is ok, but don't expect miracles. To note, I used an entire bottle before reviewing. Wouldn't recommend, won't repurchase.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has acne - I saw in reviews that some people with acne had success with it, but it caused my face to breakout within a day of using it for the first time.

I originally loved this, it smells good, it has the most interesting texture, I love rose but dear lord I'll never go near this again. My skin started breaking out when I started using it and I didn't realize it was the cleanser until I stopped using it. During the 3 month I was using this my skin broke out into horrible, deep cystic acne all over my face in places I don't normally break out. The day after I stopped using the cleanser my face felt so much better. Within a week my skin was healing up and no new break out started. I think that speaks for itself

this product was great! it was soothing, not irritating, and not harsh at all! very gentle and jelly-like. BUT it did not help with my acne at all, so if you’re looking for something to help with acne, this is not the product for you :)

This cleanser was recommended by many friends, and of course has great marketing so it is hard to resist. However, after three weeks using this cleanser I started to develop cystic acne, which I haven't had issues with in over 5 years since I became very careful with my skincare routine. I am always careful when introducing a new product, so unfortunately I know it was caused by this cleanser. It does feel great but I would not recommend it to combination or acne prone skin. Many of the women I know who use it already have nearly perfect skin, and it does work great for them!
