I was skeptical of if this would work for me or not. I have very sensitive, dry skin and I wasn’t sure if this was going to be the best option to use. I have been shown otherwise - I love this! I’ve been seeing less acne, very clean skin, my skin isn’t dried out by it, and my face is less prone to irritation. Will be buying again!

I love this face wash! I bought it on a whim because I can’t figure out what my dry, eczema and acne prone skin like. I need acne fighting components, but nothing that will dry out my skin and activate my eczema! This product does that. I’m still in the purging stage three weeks in, but I can tell my skin is noticeably smoother, more even, and brighter. To balance any dryness I immediately apply a moisturizer after washing twice daily.

I started having bad adult acne (ik cute) last year that was cystic. A salicylic acne face wash was keeping my acne manageable but didn’t make my skin look amazing and my pores were still clogged. I switched to this face wash, and I haven’t had a pimple in 2 weeks (I almost always have 1) AND my pores are so clean- no small annoying bumps. My skin feels plump and glowy after I use it. I do have drier skin so I use this at night and in the morning I use the milk jelly cleanser- haven’t had any problems with this drying out my skin. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

I have super flaky/dry skin and this (along with futuredew) has cured my perpetually peeling nose!! I am so pleased! It’s the perfect thing to use after an oil cleanser in a double cleansing routine or on its own.

It's the same texture as Spectro Jel which is only available in Canada. Why the heck is there Comfrey extract??? That is SOOO sensitizing! Take out the nonsense and leave it UNSCENTED. All one needs is the cleansing ingredients. I and many others get RASHES from that ingredient. I got the worst rosacea flare up ever. Back to La Roche Posay Rosalic which by the way does the same thing this does and has almost the same ingredients...but it doesn't cause my eyes to burn. Take out the extracts please. They are NOT needed.

I purchased this cleanser because of the growing cult following with high high hopes. [I have severely dry, sensitive skin with rosacea] The cleanser is very mild, never once aggravated my rosacea, so it is very compatible with sensitive skin. A major downfall, however, is my skin never really felt clean. It doesn't really clean makeup that well [eye or face], and even as a second cleanser after an oil cleanser, my face didn't feel all that clean. It leaves a slight residual film similar to oil cleansers but less luxuriant. The cleanser also smells a bit like plastic. Overall, the cleanser is ok, but don't expect miracles. To note, I used an entire bottle before reviewing. Wouldn't recommend, won't repurchase.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has acne - I saw in reviews that some people with acne had success with it, but it caused my face to breakout within a day of using it for the first time.

I originally loved this, it smells good, it has the most interesting texture, I love rose but dear lord I'll never go near this again. My skin started breaking out when I started using it and I didn't realize it was the cleanser until I stopped using it. During the 3 month I was using this my skin broke out into horrible, deep cystic acne all over my face in places I don't normally break out. The day after I stopped using the cleanser my face felt so much better. Within a week my skin was healing up and no new break out started. I think that speaks for itself

this product was great! it was soothing, not irritating, and not harsh at all! very gentle and jelly-like. BUT it did not help with my acne at all, so if you’re looking for something to help with acne, this is not the product for you :)

This cleanser was recommended by many friends, and of course has great marketing so it is hard to resist. However, after three weeks using this cleanser I started to develop cystic acne, which I haven't had issues with in over 5 years since I became very careful with my skincare routine. I am always careful when introducing a new product, so unfortunately I know it was caused by this cleanser. It does feel great but I would not recommend it to combination or acne prone skin. Many of the women I know who use it already have nearly perfect skin, and it does work great for them!
