I have had acne prone skin since I was 12. A few years ago I was able to go on Accutane which got rid of my cystic acne completely, but since then my hormonal acne (as in clogged pores, blackheads, and tiny bumps on the cheeks) has gotten worse. I tried Differin Daily Deep, which seriously dried out and irritated my skin. I ordered this product out of desperation for conditioned skin and have found that, when used before Differin Daily Deep, once a day (I do it at night), followed by Paula's Choice 2% BHA Exfoliant, the tiny bumps that once crowded my face are completely gone. I am not sure how well this product works on its own, but I can safely say that alongside the products I mentioned it works like magic. And I've tried SO many face products...

I’ve always had great success with products containing niacinimide in the past - the original super pure formula worked miracles on my skin. So I was really excited to finally try this stuff. I have dry, but acne-prone sensitive skin. I almost always have just a few pimples in my t-zone. This gave me deep, painful bumps across the middle of my cheeks and all along my jawline that took two weeks to clear up. I just want the old super pure back, as the new one has caused the same issue.

I have sensitive skin, with psoriasis elsewhere so I guess this was just too much for me. I really tried to like it, I started out with every other night using it but it severely dried my skin, creating patches where I had never had dry patches on my face. I took a while off from using it and tried it one more time and instead of my skin getting used to it, it seemed to react worse. I got dry swollen red patches all over my face. Unfortunately, I think after only using 4-5 times that this is just not for my skin.

Liked the jelly cleanser I got a few years ago so I figured I would try this out when making a recent purchase. The first week or so my skin was fine, not exactly getting worse but not getting better, and I was impressed by how little of this goes a long way. After a month and a half of using this, my acne has gotten much worse, predominately in the fact that my skin becomes oily much faster in the day. Ive since switched to a different, much cheaper, cleanser and my skin has improved so much in just a few days. I dont have particularly sensitive skin, so I was very much shocked and disappointed in how this affected me. There are many products I know and love from glossier and would totally recommend, just not this one.

I love the smell and feel, and my skin feels soothed. However, after a couple months of daily use, my pores are SUPER clogged.

This cleanser has made my skin so incredibly dry and made my hairline look like I have eczema bc of how dry it is. After I used it, it left my face dry and with red splotches
