I bought this maybe like... 6 months ago, probably longer, and I'm just now finishing the bottle. For reference, I use it twice per day. I noticed a huge difference in my dryness and hyper-pigmentation almost immediately and I love that one pump is typically all I need, maybe two if I'm feelin' froggy. I noticed some comments about the packaging and I have never had a problem. I love that this comes in a glass bottle rather than plastic and I've never had any leaks, even during travel. I like to mix up my skincare routine to keep things interesting (otherwise I just won't stick to it) but I won't change cleansers because I love this so much. 11/10.

I was nervous to use this not gonna lie. Cleanser and exfoliation sounded like a recipe for excessively dry skin to me, but I took a gamble and I am so happy I did. This is the best cleanser I have ever used. My skin looks radiant after using it, my pores look smaller, and my face is sooo smooth I have to stop myself from touching it

I started having bad adult acne (ik cute) last year that was cystic. A salicylic acne face wash was keeping my acne manageable but didn’t make my skin look amazing and my pores were still clogged. I switched to this face wash, and I haven’t had a pimple in 2 weeks (I almost always have 1) AND my pores are so clean- no small annoying bumps. My skin feels plump and glowy after I use it. I do have drier skin so I use this at night and in the morning I use the milk jelly cleanser- haven’t had any problems with this drying out my skin. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

It does not look orange like pictured, its actually more of a coffee brown. But it has worked very well for my skin and cleaned out my pores well! I love glossier.

I usually use the brightening cleaner from Inky List, but this is hands down my new favorite cleaner. I’ve been using it for about a month and I’m starting to see a difference with my skin texture and pores. They’re more smooth and refined which is exactly what I look for in a clarifying cleanser. Also, it didn’t bother my sensitive skin and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight after cleansing. Another perk about this product is the packaging. I’m glad that Glossier decided to use glass for this product because cosmetic waste is a big concern of mine so it’s great to see a company improve their packaging.

Rosacea
Age 17-24
It's the same texture as Spectro Jel which is only available in Canada. Why the heck is there Comfrey extract??? That is SOOO sensitizing! Take out the nonsense and leave it UNSCENTED. All one needs is the cleansing ingredients. I and many others get RASHES from that ingredient. I got the worst rosacea flare up ever. Back to La Roche Posay Rosalic which by the way does the same thing this does and has almost the same ingredients...but it doesn't cause my eyes to burn. Take out the extracts please. They are NOT needed.

Rosacea
I purchased this cleanser because of the growing cult following with high high hopes. [I have severely dry, sensitive skin with rosacea] The cleanser is very mild, never once aggravated my rosacea, so it is very compatible with sensitive skin. A major downfall, however, is my skin never really felt clean. It doesn't really clean makeup that well [eye or face], and even as a second cleanser after an oil cleanser, my face didn't feel all that clean. It leaves a slight residual film similar to oil cleansers but less luxuriant. The cleanser also smells a bit like plastic. Overall, the cleanser is ok, but don't expect miracles. To note, I used an entire bottle before reviewing. Wouldn't recommend, won't repurchase.

Breakouts/Acne

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has acne - I saw in reviews that some people with acne had success with it, but it caused my face to breakout within a day of using it for the first time.

I originally loved this, it smells good, it has the most interesting texture, I love rose but dear lord I'll never go near this again. My skin started breaking out when I started using it and I didn't realize it was the cleanser until I stopped using it. During the 3 month I was using this my skin broke out into horrible, deep cystic acne all over my face in places I don't normally break out. The day after I stopped using the cleanser my face felt so much better. Within a week my skin was healing up and no new break out started. I think that speaks for itself

this product was great! it was soothing, not irritating, and not harsh at all! very gentle and jelly-like. BUT it did not help with my acne at all, so if you’re looking for something to help with acne, this is not the product for you :)

This cleanser was recommended by many friends, and of course has great marketing so it is hard to resist. However, after three weeks using this cleanser I started to develop cystic acne, which I haven't had issues with in over 5 years since I became very careful with my skincare routine. I am always careful when introducing a new product, so unfortunately I know it was caused by this cleanser. It does feel great but I would not recommend it to combination or acne prone skin. Many of the women I know who use it already have nearly perfect skin, and it does work great for them!
