If you’re struggling with sensitive skin that breaks out but also decides to be super dry…get this face wash. I’ve had hormonal acne on my neck ever since we’ve been wearing masks and it would not budge - even my dermatologist wasn’t sure why it wasn’t going away. I started using this wash and not only is it gentle but it keeps my skin clear and calm…Glossier has changed the game with a lot of products but this might be my holy grail. This cleanser is incredible!!!

I have very dry sensitive skin so I slowly introduced the Cleanser Concentrate into my skincare routine. Now I use the Milky Jelly in the morning and rotate in Cleanser Concentrate a few times a week at night (rotating nights with a mild retinoids since they shouldn’t be used together). My skin has never felt so smooth and soft! Now outside of a little SPF and mascara I hardly feel the need to wear any makeup!

As a milky jelly addict, i was on the fence about trying this new cleanser. I decided to give it a try, and it’s now been a couple weeks. At first I was like, “60 seconds? But which part of my face do I rub for 60 seconds?” Duh, obviously all over. Counting the 60 seconds while using this on my face is honestly meditative and requires that I slow down. It feels amazing to use, honestly. As far as the payoff? My skin looks and feels incredible. It’s very clear, it feels clean without feeling stripped, and my complexion overall leveled up. Glad I made the conversion (although I’ll still use MJ every now and then - I’ll never leave her).

this cleanser has transformed my face in a way that nothing ever has. the combination of all the right ingredients concentrated into one (and the no-fragrance thing) really has done wonders. it is a strong product, so if your skin is not use to all those acids i would start slow. i get hormonal acne once a month around my cheeks and jaw and this clears it up in days. it truly is amazing.

This is definitely my favourite cleanser I’ve ever used. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this cleanser has worked so well for my skin. Minimises pores, helped keep breakouts at bay and leaves a perfect clean soft feeling. Thanks so much Glossier!!

Excessive Dryness
found this to be super drying, even using just 1-2 times a week my skin would be flaky afterward. I don’t usually have dry skin so was surprised. I probably would not reccomend or purchase again.

Excessive Dryness
I typically don’t have sensitive skin, rarely ever have a bad reaction to new products but this was way too harsh. Dried my skin out after only one use, haven’t used the product in a week and my skin is still recovering in several dry patches. Caused my face to be really itchy and sting in reaction to my normal products.

So, after experimenting for several months, this product actually increased my acne dramatically. I maybe get one small pimple during my period, but I love a squeaky clean feeling face and this cleanser gave that feeling after. I didn't mind the medicinal smell, and I liked the tacky feeling after. But apparently some skin doesn't like niacinamide and I think that's me. Bummer.

I had to stop using the Milky Jelly Cleanser because I developed an allergic reaction to rosewater - I wish brands in general would stop using this ingredient in so many skincare products, but I digress. Initially, I was very excited to try out Cleanser Concentrate, but it seems that my skin does not agree with Glossier's cleanser formulas. My skin type is combination, but also sensitive and acne prone, and this product would always make my skin beet red, and I was guaranteed a few new breakouts the next day. This cleanser is also not as soothing as the claims say it is, and I don't think it does a good job of maintaining skins moisture either. The end result is quite drying, which is to be expected for exfoliating acids of this nature, but this is advertised as a more gentle variant, but there wasn't much difference between this, and other strong chemical exfoliators that I've tried. Overall, I'm disappointed. If the G team do plan to expand their range of cleansers, please consider a cleansing oil or balm - preferably without rosewater of any kind.

I really love a lot of glossier and I’ve tried most of their products. But this seems to irritate my skin and I don’t know if my skin is sensitive to it or it’s the product it’s self but I don’t think you should get it if you think your skin is sensitive. It does feel nice right after but every time I try to use it again it makes me break out.

I am the biggest Glossier fan ever and so sad that this product just has not worked for me. My acne has been under control for a long time now, with the occasional hormonal mini outbreak. Since using this as my main cleanser for around a month, my acne has been horrendous. My chin and hairline by my cheeks is the worst. I feel so relieved reading some of the comments here to know how to hopefully change this. I’ve purchased some old products and already seeing a difference. Will continue to love Glossier but this product sadly just isn’t for me!
