Milky Jelly Cleanser

Enlarged Pores

Age 17-24

i've always wanted to try out this cleanser. I was in need of a new cleanser so I decided to get the mini to test it out. I have acne scars, pores, and oily skin. This cleanser really does the job on cleansing the oils on my skin and it doesn't leave my skin dry. I've also noticed that it helped pigmentation on my skin. One thing i don't like is the smell. It has this chemically smell to me but i think that's because of the rosewater.

Pigmentation

Age 25-30

I have normal skin that if anything my only struggle is redness/weird pigmentation from inflammation. I only get acne if I'm not washing my face. I've tried so many skincare washes over the years and many bland ones "for normal skin" tend to make me break out, smell really bad, or are overpriced and don't have a good texture that I might as well struggle and use dove bar soap. This one's a good value - no scents or dyes, nothing unnecessary, just regular face wash that's gentle and good for daily use. If you have oily skin I'd think it might not cut it, but for those of us with normal or combination skin it's good

Enlarged Pores

Age 17-24

A day without Milky Jelly is...a bad day. My skin has never reacted so positively to a facial cleanser in my life. I have sensitive, combination skin with easily clogged pores - meaning, I break out super easily and am prone to sebum build up. This cleanser has been a game changer. It was the moisturizing, gentle make-up remover-slash-face-wash that my skin never knew it needed. I use this on it's own as a cleanser in the morning and if my skin is feeling really dry, or I use as part one of a double cleanse nightly. I refuse to ever be without Milky Jelly. I also adore the smell, luxurious texture and minimal-aesthetic bottle (with a great pump mechanism).

Sensitivity

Age 17-24

I have really sensitive skin, like if I've even tried cetaphil which is supposed to be great for it but it broke me out. I thought I'd try this out when I was buying solution so I thought why not. It's amazing. SO smooth and gentle enough to not cause break outs but still strong enough to get rid of the dirt and gunk in my pores after a long day. If you're gonna buy anything from glossier it would be this.

Sensitivity

Age 17-24

Made my skin soooo soft and has a nice delicate scent. My skin is fairly sensitive and it didn't cause any problems! I've used it 3 times so far and i think it might be a new Holy Grail! Really makes me want to try the priming moisturizer.

Sensitivity

Age 17-24

I typically stick with Clinique's Mild Soap for my skin because my skin is unpredictable and gets red/tingly with face washes. This is one of them. I tried using it on a wet face and dry, utilizing my fingers and I still got red. In conclusion, I can't use this and unfortunately it was a waste of money for me.

Rosacea

Age 17-24

Completely unusable for me, unfortunately. So there were a few days before I bought this cleanser that I really started to notice how my cheeks were always a bit reddish and had small bumps on them. I considered that maybe it was mild rosacea. Then, after using this cleanser for a good couple of weeks to give it a fair test run, it looked like I definitely had rosacea. This cleanser made my cheeks even more red and bumpy and made other parts of my face break out that normally don't! I even got tiny acne in my undereye area! I barely used any of this stuff, and feel terrible for wasting money on it. After a little digging, I found out that apparently this cleanser has a few ""unclean"" ingredients in it. Stuff that I suppose might irritate your skin. Now I'm very careful about the ingredients that are in my skincare, so I guess I should appreciate that this cleanser opened that door for me. But I would not recommend this cleanser.

Breakouts/Acne

Age 17-24

Light

After reading the reviews I thought this little bottle would make a wonderful addition to my skincare routine. However, after a couple of days I noticed small breakouts on my face appear, and after a week my skin started to breakout significantly. This did nothing for my skin, and actually left it in worse condition than when I started using the product. It didn't even remove my makeup completely either--you might be better off with a makeup wipe instead.
