I bought this about a week ago as it was recommended to me by the lovely Mecca girls! Postpartum, my skin had completely changed. It was once super oily, now dry, sensitive, flakey and irritated. I was getting out of the shower after using my old cleanser and my skin was tight and breaking out in rashes. Insert this cleanser and my skin change instantly. It felt so moisturising and soft on application. When I got out of the shower my skin was still soft and no signs of rashes, sensitive or itchiness. In love with this cleanser. It is also breastfeeding safe!

You need to use this cleanser on a dry face. I didn't like the oily texture or the feeling of rubbing this product on my face when dry, not to mention I always forgot I meant to do it before I'd already hopped in the shower. The product leaves a residue on your face even after washing thoroughly, you need to wipe off with a cloth (says this on packaging). This is just too much work for me. Also not sure how but the product went all milky and liquid before it was finished, water must have got inside somehow. Cerave's facial cleanser is cheaper and just as good.

This product is nowhere near as good as a cleansing oil. The jelly is clearly just a novelty and unfortunately means you're left with a weird waxy finish as others have described, meaning my next cleanser has to work even harder. The worst part is the smell, a rancid combination of talcum powder and artificial cherry. I'm just glad I bought this in a kit so I can still enjoy the other REN products. No idea how this was a finalist, I need to stop basing my purchases off these.

Affordable & does what it says! I have used many jelly/oil based cleansers and this one is by far the best so far. It does leave a slight residue but my skin is on the drier side so that doesn’t bother me. Great at taking off heavy/SPF makeup.
