I started using this as an eye makeup remover and it is excellent. One pump is sufficient for entire face and it's not an oily product, nor is it drying. My skin is normal and I am in my late 40s so am really careful about what products I use on my mature skin.

I can’t use any other facial wash except this as every time I use different brand I got itchy. Thanks to this product from Shiseido. Very mild and it suits my skin. I hope you continue producing this product.

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to try this cleanser and my skin does not agree with it - it is too drying leaving me skin feeling taut and even left my skin with a couple of red spots from this cleanser. I have normal skin and much prefer SK2 cleanser which leaves my skin beautifully soft and cleansed.
